  3. It will certainly lessen their chances- here is a Google translation of a PZM communication on the subject.- the golden Helmet comp will therefore be an early competition in 2020 as always. 2. Please be advised that the final of the Golden Helmet competition will take place on October 11, 2019 in Gdansk In the World and European Championships in 2020, competitors selected from the Finals of the National Team will start ' 2019 according to the following rules: Individual Grand Prix World Championships - 4 competitors: places 1 to 4 from the final of ZK ’2019 Individual European Championships - 3 competitors: places from 1 to 3 from the final of ZK '2019 3. 4. Meeting today starts at 5pm UK time- Polsat Sport are not able to show it on Sport extra until 10pm uk time, however Polish fans are saying that the Polsat website will be showing it live on the internet. We will have to see later if we can watch it !!
  5. I for one don`t think any changes will happen in 2020 or 21 under the present contract- and certainly why would BSI want the SEC champion in the GP`s ? - all that would do probably would be more GP riders entering the SEC qualifying than now. One Sport might like it but it won`t happen.
  6. How similar to a certain Racers team manager who didn`t quite agree that Mark Lemon had been beat for the vital 3rd place in the pairs semi at Somerset- a decision that sent the "home" team through to the final. The video cameraman said it wasn`t even close and the photo published in the speedway star showed it to be half a wheel at least !!!! the team manager certainly didn`t ask for permission to speak to Mr Flint and i think the fine was more than £100
  7. I suggest you have another look- 4 flights out and back Friday/Sunday- none of which are remotely sold out !!!
  8. Not sure what you are looking at but Ryanair have seats to Warsaw from Stansted- all the flights are hardly going to be sold out with Speedway fans for a foreign GP !!!!!
  9. Always knew it- closet Swindon fan !!!! wants to watch them live on the TV
  10. Ryanair fly from Leeds Bradford, Bristol, East Midlands, Manchester.
  11. Ever heard of Wizzair ? BirminghamBHXDoncaster/SheffieldDSAEdinburghEDILiverpoolLPLLondon LutonLTn
  12. Not sure how the recent posts have got in such a mess. 1 The SEC stands for speedway European championships and has nothing to do with the GP. It has it`s own qualification(for Europeans !!) has it`s own seeded riders(Europeans !!) from the final results and has it`s own wildcards(Europeans !!) 2 The GP qualification is open to all federations and every year the top 3 from the challenge final get into the following season`s GP`s.The GP`s also has it`s own seeded riders and Wildcards. Both competitions are separate and have nothing to do with each other apart from the SEC cannot pick GP riders(European ones !!) as their wildcards.
  13. I think some of us have a really good idea of who "fortythirtyeight" is
  14. Sportowefakty are reporting that a decision is expected in December. they are reporting that Eurosport events/Discovery group could involve themselves with Onesport if they get the contract which is for 10 years from 2022, with Onesport taking over the building of the temporary tracks.
