If a rider is replaced i put a cross in his box and neatly draw a box around the replacement ! if on a joker i put a J above the box. I also make nice boxes for the riders in heats 17-20. Sad isn`t it

That's not strictly true- the teams and riding order had to be submitted 7 days before event 1 - An injury/ illness replacement is allowed anytime after then if accepted by the FIM jury. however once done the rider replaced is out of the competition from then.no change of riding order is permitted and any replacement will ride at the position the replaced rider was. Edit it could be what you said/meant.

He didn`t need any He had faith that he had picked the top 4 riders for here and Poland- and more importantly they knew that Rosco had every confidence in them doing the business. His selection and I (for sticking up for him) were proved to be 100% correct
