Looks like they had some rain during the day, but the track looks fine after 3 heats. At 15-3, Smederna are happy. Yes, shame about such a fine stadium, but they are on the road back. From bankrupt to solvent is a long haul back. Alan.

Today's Final at Vojens would have been a far better spectacle if the first 6 heats had been run AFTER 6 races with juniors as a curtain-raiser. By the time we got to heat 7 the track was providing some good racing lines and from then on we got racing. For heats 1-6 for the most part it was gate and go or get filled in. The youngsters wouldn't complain at the exposure and experience . If dry, a junior post-script to the main event. Chugging through slime is not what a World Championship should be about. I know it is the same for everyone but it is speedway RACING . Regards. Alan.
