  1. Spot on. Always looking for a bit of contact, goes down easier than Katie Price
  2. SKY have shown no interest in showing arguably the most exciting meeting of the season (The GP Challenge) why would they want to chuck money at some tinpot trophy to appease the speedway dinosaurs? As for comparing speedway to football that is just plain ridiculous.
  3. Yes, lets scrap the only decent thing to happen in British speedway in the last 15 years!
  4. I'm not so sure Jarek is a cert for a wildcard. i think he may "consume" the wrong brand of energy drink...
  5. ...................... ..................................... ......................................
  6. He could just treat it like a weekend away somewhere, just like he has with all the other GP's this year...
  7. I think most Cov fans would prefer Nigella Lawson to slow Fred at the moment...
  8. He's not anymore, he got his crayon stuck up his nose.
  9. Does that mean the opinions of "Woffy Lovers" can be equally disregarded? Whether you like it or not his opinion is as valid as anyone elses, as that is all it is an opinion. Like @rseholes everybody has one and everyone thinks that theirs is the only one that doesn't stink.
  10. Is an oversized engine the only way to cheat in speedway then? Genuine question from someone who hasn't spannered for World Champions or ridden against any...
  11. Monster sponsored rider with decent lead in world championship beaten by monster sponsored rider who needs points for second place. All in a series sponsored by monster. What a coincidence...
  12. On one of todays tracks I would chuck Todd Wiltshire in the mix. Five of his lightning gates and he'd be World Champ.
  13. People moan like koof for clubs not following the rules, then moan like koof when a club moans about another club breaking the rules. Speedway fans are a real "special" breed!
  14. Well it started off ok with a fair amount of passing in the first few heats. Got the impression that Stoke just lost interest halfway through and ended up going through the motions. A lot less dusty than I thought it would be but the water cart could have gone out a bit more often I reckon. All in all though a decent enough way to spend a few hours on a warm Sunday afternoon and well worth a tenner IMO.
  15. Nice one mate, cheers for that. Not really taken much interest in the NL not since Wimbledon closed anyway. Can't believe Jon Armstrong is still going, his battles with Buzz were legendary!
  16. Popping along to this for my first visit to Rye for a couple of years. No idea of the strengths of the two teams, are we likely to see a decent meeting?
