For the paying customers to see and hear that their admission money has not been paid to riders in a timely fashion is an absolute outrage, this man has dragged the sport into the gutter as far as integrity goes. It is an open secret that most of the team are owed money, some of it substantial, guest riders will not have been paid and I'll wager there are monies owed to other clubs and the authorities. Lets be honest (sic) most of last nights admission money would have been in cash and if he couldn't allocate £500 to prevent his rider kicking off and to prevent his customers witnessing the same he has got it so, so wrong. Clearly he cannot make ends meet and instead of blagging his way through he should call a halt and stop running up debts he cannot currently pay for if he continues to trade with everybody else's money he could take others out with him. The BSPA may be allowing him to continue for the good of the Premier League and the sport in Plymouth but should he make the end of the league season he cannot possibly be allowed to run a speedway club ever again and the BSPA must remove his licence forever.
I have not mentioned the trouser incident at all but no doubt Montie will.
