Jeez as if I haven't cried enough today..... I feel pretty vindicated though, not that it's any comfort. Why would it all be so cloak and dagger if there weren't dodgy goings on?

Exactly! All this, if it hadn't been for the winter of discontent, blah blah!! Yes of course there were big issues, but he was always going to build on the land and there is no way the 2010 situation should have any bearing on the disgusting behaviour this winter! He knew damn well that trashing the stadium would mean the end, that's why he did it!

Previous behaviour Janet, he's had a chequered history, so he's easy to blame! To me it's purely down to Sandhu and Brandon Estates. I don't believe and never have believed that Sandhu doesn't have any connection to it all still.. The one way to secure the Stadium wouldn't be used would be to trash it... he's not sneaky though, it wasn't the mysterious fire, or travellers getting the blame. Bingo! Job done! The story about the Police being involved. What's happening with that? I'd hazard a guess at nothing because a. they were never involved b. you can't cause criminal damage to your own property - think about it???? Now it leaves way for them to leave it to rot and then they'll eventually get what they want... Remember the crap that Jeremy Heaver came out with about the new eco stadium, did anybody really believe that? They can take their stocks on the road, they don't need Brandon. Now they sit and wair, Sandhu bought it in 2004, so he's happy to play the long game! "Honourable man" Money and power that's all he's interested in .

I'm still trying to reconcile why Sandhu sold to Horton in the first place! I know we were told that there were other interested parties, who were they then? Coventry Speedway has been festering into a mess since 2010.....

As Gem say's I thought Sandhu was paying for a new stadium....... I wouldn't give him a penny either. It's unreal that he thinks people will.. I don't expect to see Speedway at Brandon again, with or without the 50/50 donations...

We're coming up from Somerset for it, leave booked for the Friday.. I feel now more than ever the club needs our support. Let's fill those terraces!

At the moment we still have our club and we have the "promise" of a return to Brandon and we will Speedway even if it is a Leicester in the interim. We don't live in the area anymore,but if we did, I'd be damn sure we would make every effort to get to Leicester to support our team and at the end of the day that's what it's about isn't it? It's so easy to be sceptical, because we've felt we've been led up the garden path and put through torture more than once by Sandhu and Horton. It doesn't feel like it over to me, far from it....... But would I take this over the alternative ...Bloody right I will!! I'll see some of you Bees fans at Somerset on 12th May
