i think if you added up thr G.B. averages for team building purposes and included all the G.B. team that people want , it would make it a massive defeat for the panthers. so i think levelling the playing field is correct this is a PL meeting after all.

so if matty had a 7.30 average at some point (2009) surely he must fit the criteria for gaining a work permit. if not then all those riders who did not ride last year and didnt gain a 7.+ average may as put down their weapons and go home.. aussie and (a).. mericans. so looks like its all aver for the sub 7 men..

he could get his racing licence revoked or banned ,like darcy. at the end of the day , he was on a track registered by the bspa to run meeting and other events, including practice sessions etc. a signing on form and practice fees may be involved. that puts scunny in a difficult position. should have had a word with Richard Lawson and had a go on his track out allonby way . but hey ., no fuss no medics . just come and ride. if you crash its your fault... cookie done it a few weeks ago.way. no fees. no insurance BUT HEY, NOT ON A BSPA SPEEDWAY TRACK.

or have a 7 poit average of which he has according to the bspa. assessed though it maybe, but still a 7. cant argue with the laws of british speedway. thats why plymouth are able to fit him in. its only because dumderset tried to get him in on a 5 that the bspa say he is a 7. so fits in with the ukip rules as well..

he has still plyed his trade and also was not insured.. time to cool off for me.. i think.. i heard. all facts of course..

but he is an assesed 7 point man and therefore able to ride under the 7 point min requirement required by ukip..

could be classed as practising if its on a track run by the bspa.

we will find out shortly. the only guy looking good at the moment is jack holder. coming in on a 7 point average and a newbie. cant see a prob with that application.

how can you drop a thread/post that is still very active and as yet has not had any of the concernes answered. if we knew what the outcome was going to be, fair enough.. i am not having a go at you.

you cant argue against the rules, if you dont know the rules in the first place. lets face it , even the B.S.P.A. dont know the rules. so why bring in rusty as an example against matty. rules are rules, stick to them and pay your council tax.
