Has anything changed within the club? I have emailed the club and spoke on the phone to various people at the AFA concerning last seasons double header rain off. As of yet I have been told there's no one at the stadium who I can speak to in the speedway department and I haven't had any replies by email. So as far as I can see there no change at all.

Despite all the negativity about the Stars team I will be at the AFA when the season starts supporting the Stars. Let's all give the team a chance and see how it goes.

Because the last time he was in the Stars team he was rubbish.

I certainly know the difference in people's opinions and people moaning. I also know that you pick holes in everyone's comments unless they agree with you.

Sadly I can't go to the fans forum Thursday night. As there is plenty of people on here moaning about this years team, I wonder will anyone dare to tell Buster that the team is rubbish?

If the Stars can't find someone better than Proctor then it's going to be a long painfull season again. I hope the admission price doesn't go up, it's going to be difficult to get people to attend as it is.

Has Kim Nillson got a team place in Britian this season? He would be a decent signing on a 7 .56 average.

I think the Robert Lambert knocking has been done enough now. It's time to move on and look forward to the start of the season. And to the announcement of the final 4 riders.

I hear Carl Wilkinson is looking for a team place. Would he be alright at reserve for the Stars?

People keep knocking R Lambert about his article in the ss but the person to blame for all of this is Buster Chapman for being his usual pig headed self.

What is a matter with people? R Lambert is the best young prospect team GB have got so get off his back. Lewis Kerr was appealing for funds for bikes but no one jumped on his back. I am pleased Rob will be a Star again.

I have supported the Stars all my life and will continue to do so. But the last two seasons the racing has been poor. The Home meeting against Poole killed my enthusiasm and I vowed not to go again until Holder was gone. No ,I didn't go to any press conferences as I was bored most weeks and couldn't wait to get away. It's not the fans that need to be closer to the riders, it's the riders that need to get closer to the fans.

If riders like Thj ,Auty, and Palm Toft were passing people regularly the opposition must have been poor. I attended the last double header meeting and the racing was dreadful. I will be on the first bend supporting the Stars again next season, but if the racing is poor again I will stop going.

No you can't blame the riders for wanting a good track. But good tracks produce boring speedway. Boring speedway puts people off attending. Smaller crowds means clubs lose even more money. Clubs losing money will eventually mean no club.

Sadly we cannot live in the past. The days of exciting speedway are few and far between. The bikes are too fast and most riders don't like a grippy track.

I doubt Holder would ever ride for Buster again. And I am sure like me most Stars fans wouldn't welcome Holder back.

I would have been pleased if if Doyle was riding for the Stars. But I am pissed of he isn't.

As other clubs announce signings I get more concerned that the Stars and will have to have what's left of the riders no one else wants.

I thought I was negative. But for god sake Haza you are worse than me. Let's wait until we know the team members then we can moan or rejoice.

Not many people on here have mentioned Lewis Rose for a team place. I have been told he is in next seasons team as well Iversen.
