Great signing but makes you wonder of the spin in speedway nowadays. How does a club that is struggling to commit to run pre season afford one of the league if not country's top earners, added to the fact the crowds are sparse and one of the backers son has been given the boot... It doesn't add up... Hope it works long term and is not a massive gamble short term ala Newport.... Just the track to try sort now really as they can't do much more for Berwick speedway IMO.

he hasn't really been 'off' the pace just not getting many points, and getting beat of riders who he would normally beat.... I like him and hope he turns it around.

Wonder how long we will stick with Steve?? Obviously not the same rider since his injury, thought this season he would kick on but he's being left behind. Plenty of potential and I hope he sorts out his problems ( what ever they are) and starts scoring and riding like we know he can.

Thoughts with Emil was superb, and just shows how mentally strong he is to perform like that given his dads condition. Shaping up to be the most open world champs for years, with many fighting it out and all capable of beating each other on the day. Don't think Holder could have done much more as Emil was simply faster, no matter what line he took... Credit to Holder though, he often takes stick but he is a very fair rider generally who leaves racing room and wins races in the correct way...last years last gp the exception, but who wouldn't given what was at stake.

still should be winning with the best number one and reserve at the moment coming into your team though
