There absolutely must be a rule that teams must have a British rider under 21 starting out in the reserve berth at the beginning of the season and starting next year min.3 Brits overall in each PL team. -
Start with one challenge match,then straight into league matches.Southern teams to meet each other twice and their northern counterparts once and viceversa. Play off format as per elite league and have teams qualifying given a bye from first round of koc cup,that to be staged in same week as playoff semis thus equalizing to some degree number of matches raced by each club.All potential fixtures logged in January not bloody October!!

It,s like it,s fit around an imaginary football pitch-the bends need to be taken in on the approach to the apex.First and second bend far too square IMO.
