I think unless you can find somewhere in Cradley to ride then the name has probs gone forever .... which is a great shame. But a start has been made and that can only be a good thing. I think to many years were spent after 1995 trying to stop the inevitable .. its rare that a sport like speedway beats the housebuilders. Good luck to the many people still trying to find you a new home ... I am sure you will support "The Heathens" whatever name they stick in front of it.

Dont give a monkeys about other sports ... this is speedway, If one of Holta's parents was Polish I would not have a problem at all. The bottom line and undeniable FACT is that he was born in Norway ... end of ... no argument of any kind can change that. The Poles do not need him any longer and could win it without him ... giving a fellow "Pole" a gold medal instead of a guest rider. There world cup wins will forever be tarnished by the fact he was part of the team ... and they can try to justify it for as long as they want ... they can't. Surely thats what the NL is for ... to bring on young british riders who then go on to the PL and hopefully the EL ... I think the problem lies with the size of the Elite League, its does not offer enough meetings to encourage young british talent to move up. We also have riders in the comfort zone earning good money in the PL who lack ambition or belief for a prolonged effort in the EL Whatever happened to the Marvin Cox 80cc scheme from years ago ... that was going to be our saviour once
