Max Fricke A good young talent but for me will struggle on the big track at the national stadium , always ridden smaller more technical tracks in uk. 3. Scott Nicholls Rejuvenated in 2015 & could continue that in 2016 but will never be held in high regard by myself after turning his back on Team GB. 4. Richie Worrall He looked such a prospect 2 years ago but seems to have all fallen apart for Richie he has lost all his drive & confidence he is my prediction to be the first rider replaced in the league. 5. Craig Cook Has real potenital to become a number 1 in this league but his lack of continental racing upto until now could hinder his progress huge season for the not so young Mr Cook if he wants to become a GB regular. 6. Steve Worrall One of the better EDR riders who should score solidly. 7.Joe Jacobs After taken a year out of the sport he is going to need to catch upto speed very fast but always seems to me to lack ambition & see's it more of a hobby then a profession. I also think the fact he has no PL place could hinder his improvment due to lack of meetings. That is my reasoning behind going against the majority & putting BV 6th . Some people may agree but i suspect most won't that is the beauty of a forum. Differing opinions.

I think flagrag was refering to when PK guested at Leicester in 2014 & demanded £4000 fixed fee before the meeting in cash . Then he turned up with 1 dirty bike ,no mechanic & rolled round at the back for 4 laps putting no effort in. So he burned all bridges with David & Norrie who were righly disgusted after that meeting.

How can the signing not fire you up ?? Ulamek was 5th in the Polish 1st Division Averages last year with a 9 point average ahead of the likes of Batchelor, Lindgren, Nicholls and many other UK name heat leaders so shows still very much a class act and has signed for Wroclaw in the Top Polish Divison this year so if his equipment is good he will be more then a match in EL. So what are fans thoughts on the remaining rider for the lions ? Someone said they will sign Mr Blobby but i informed then they were wrong Chris Popple won't give his mic up , he loves the attention too much.

Teams are willing to come any other day just NOT a saturday so teams are willing to help but DH won't budge on the racenight. DH view its saturday night or not at all & teams should be forced to come on the dates listed with or without their top riders.

Regardless of what the Leicester speedway website says about the fixtures they are NOT confirmed. It is correct Leicester speedway have submitted their fixtures to the BSPA but they have not been approved because all EL clubs are saying they can not ride saturday's because their riders are unavailble . So all Leicester's home fixtures are offcially provisional despite what the club tell their fans about them being confirmed . DH is at stand off with the rest of the league saying they are the fixtures no room for negotiation & all other teams saying they can't come on a saturday evening.

What a joke . Why are Leicester starting at 1pm vs Sheffield . People won't make it from Leicester to Belle Vue in time for the 6pm start time & traffic will be hetic with it being Manchester City vs Manchester Utd in the football at 3pm Stupid typical Leicester

So the news is now out about Sam Masters losing patience with DH & signing for Wolves instead. Sam wanted a return to Leicester in 2016 but the deal he was offered was only on par with PL points money & he was told to take it or leave it so thats what he did. Worrying times for the lions

What am i missing while i am out of the country in the usa with my family ? I understand that the club has paid their bond for 2016 but not quite the 50k being quoted. Leicester have 2 options realistic options 1. Run in the EL with whatever sort of side they can get together. 2. Withdraw from the league & lose the huge amount of money they have paid in a bond which would more then likely fold the club. If we were to change our racenight then we would get a half decent team together & also would have had Doyle in 2016 but we all know DH won't change it so there is no point in going on about it. I feel a few myths need to be cleared up & some people need to get realistic. We can not just say we can't raise a team in the EL so we are dropping down to PL. As much as people say DH should sell it to someone for a fair price . To who no-one wants to invest any money into UK speedway when the best riders do not ride here anymore. No-one can expect DH to sell the club at a loss having spoken to him prior to my departure to the USA , if someone was to offer him to buy the club for a price that would mean DH got all his investment back then he would sell without making 1p from the sale. In the real world that isn't going to happen. On the team front i am told deal's have been offered to 4 riders 2 ex lions who they are hopeful will sign 1 GB international who is keen but it would require him doing alot of miles over a weekend 1 ex GP rider who is keen but want's to have his european schudule confirmed before signing. Walasek also turned down 2 attempts from Coventry to sign for the bee's, who also enquired about Wozniak's availbility .

Leicester are going to have such a poor side at this rate. Time for me to switch off as a visit my 2nd home :-) USA !!

Are you for real poor stadium ? The physical stadium is one of the best in the country every club bar maybe Belle Vue would love to be in our situation of owning their own stadium. What facilities that you pay £18 for is better at other clubs? You pay your money to watch speedway not to look at the colour of the toilet walls .

At no point during 2015 did the lions field the declared 1-7 due to injury's or riders "retiring" from british speedway

It is likely to get good support from the Leicester fans too. Our season is finished at home after Bank Holiday Monday add that to the fact a few current & ex lions could be involved it will put a few on the gate. Let's just hope the BSPA don't price it too high If you had bothered to attend Leicester in the last 12 months you will know some of the racing is far from boring
