Unless the police were involved at the time, I would assume it would be upto the victims to report it to the police,,, which they could/may be doing.

A suppose it's a grey area, as these guys are basically self employed. In horse racing, jockeys get banned for days/weeks and, not necessarily for whom they are representing. I would imagine that they are also self employed.

Yes, for walking from the carpark, there is quite a bit like decking and walkways there. It might be handy to have a 4x4 or a mate with a tractor to help you out the carpark tho.

With the meeting being off, if anyone is looking for something else to do, I can recommend that 'extreme circus' at the town moor, showings at 2 and 5 PM. Plus it gives you a chance to see some nutters on motorbikes
