I remember travelling up to Halifax in April for a match against Cradley. Before the main meeting, Kenny Carter was due to ride Michael Lee in the Golden Helemet and 20 minutes before the start a massive snow storm arrived and dump a load of snow on the stadium. The only time I've ever been snowed off!
