  1. I think Swindon have been very understimated this year and I still predict they will make the play offs. They are very strong at home so can only see a home win. I would be happy if we could take a point
  2. Scores from last years World Cup event at King's Lynn. He was hardly a one man team. 1. Tai Woffinden - 1, 3, 3, 2, 3 = 12 2. Danny King - 3, 2, 2, 2, 2 = 11 3. Chris Harris - 2, 2, 1, 3, 3 = 11 4. Simon Stead - 3, 3, 2, 1, 1 = 10
  3. Michael Palm Toft will ride in place of Schlein tonight with rider replacement being operated at number five.
  4. His brother has said the operation which is good news. Let's hope he has a speedy recovery & we see him back soon.
  5. The fact you had to go all the way back to 2011 to find a good score from him at Brandon kind of proves my point. More recent scores include 8pts from 5 rides, 3 from 4 rides, 2pts from 5 rides Schlein on the other hand has been brilliant at Brandon
  6. He was meant to be but then got injured. Wright could be a possibility as riding in the same meeting as Starke.
  7. Agree with a lot of your post, however who would you change in the Swindon team as I personally think on paper they look really strong.
  8. SWINDON: Nick Morris, Kyle Howarth, Dakota North, Grzegorz Zengota, Troy Batchelor, Charles Wright, Lewis Rose. COVENTRY: Hans Andersen, Stuart Robson, Joonas Kylmakorpi, Danny King, Chris Harris, Jason Garrity, James Sarjeant.
  9. Bjerre is never very good at Brandon so RR would possibly score more than he would of esp with NKI & Lambert. However Schlein is a big miss as very strong at Coventry. Roynon should score well at reserve on his home track and in good form. Depending on what guest they get, King's Lynn could still get something from this. A lot also depends on if Hans has got his problem sorted.
  10. @Lakesidelive: BREAKING: Andreas Jonsson misses tonights Wolverhampton meeting - cant believe the run of poor luck the club are having at the moment Didn't he score 9 and make the Semi final on Saturday in the SGP?
  11. It has been officially confirmed be that he's not riding. I agree that it doesn't look too bad to look at it, however could still be in a lot of pain and bruising wouldn't come out fully till the morning.
  12. Coventry rode in the same fixture against King's Lynn last season with only 5 riders (only one reserve as KL disputed him riding) and they still won so not impossible for Stars to get something but definetly been made a lot harder.
  13. kenneth Bjerre may also now be out as has a hand injury
  14. Thanks. Saw on Facebook that he's currently having a 6 hour operation and his Polish club are saying his injuries are very serious which is why they acted so fast and operated ASAP. Fingers crossed he's ok 🙏
  15. Morris did the same at Leicester in heat 1 a couple of weeks ago
  16. Janowski's average is still 8.22 from 1st June so going to need big scores (which he's capable of) to get average to high 8 Think it would be madness getting rid of a rider like Magic to bring in Ward
  17. It's not a FIM reduction, it's a deduction which would mean his average would be higher as his poor meetings against Leicester would be removed.
  18. Magic is back tomorrow for Poole, there's no way he couldn't be after yesterday's meeting. Anyway he likes Leicester as he showed in the ELRC, it's Belle Vue he can't ride which is why it was safer to use a guest.
  19. No GP but he will have the World Cup to fully concentrate on. He's going to need maximum points in his remaining meetings if he's to up it to almost 9
  20. Sounds like it was a very close meeting. Congratulations to Coventry Storm on the win. A great maximum for Dan Greenwood. I'm looking forward to the return leg
  21. The fact he scored well tonight doesn't mean he will definitely return as scored double figures in Poland last Sunday (after saying he was injured Sat night so couldn't ride Mon) I imagine he will be back as long as the hard racing in the final didn't aggravate his injury.
  22. This is easily the best of the 3 Meetings. Some good racing, at times a bit nervy 😁 The riders are really going for it
