  1. I think King's Lynn will get something from this. Imagine it will be too close to call.
  2. I think based on last season, Sarjeant & Rose looked the strongest options. When I saw that we had 5th pick in the tier 2 after Lakeside, Wolves, Poole, Swindon, I was convinced that we would lose Sarjeant but luckily Bates,Starke & Rose got selected by those teams instead.
  3. He knows Brandon very well and has been getting some laps in on the track after storm meetings. Has found form lately. Robert Lambert is riding on Monday. Coventry Bees 1 Hans Andersen, 2 Stuart Robson, 3 Joonas Kylmakorpi, 4 Danny King, 5 Scott Nicholls (G), 6 Jason Garrity, 7 James Sarjeant Kings Lynn Stars 1 Niels-Kristian Iversen, 2 Robert Lambert, 3 Rory Schlein, 4 Nicklas Porsing, 5 Kenneth Bjerre, 6 Ashley Morris, 7 Adam Roynon (G)
  4. Was Kildemand on a 28day contract or was the team just redeclared due to Swindon being under the point limit and not knowing when/if Adrian would be back?
  5. I agree. Although it will be strange having no Harris, Good to see Coventry booking the best guest possible.
  6. It may be better for Swindon if North is in instead of Adrian.
  7. He will have won't be as was due to miss the anyway and now injured
  8. Yes I think they should, although not in heat 12 as would hugely favour teams with the strongest reserves.
  9. ALUN Rossiter says there is a chance number one Adrian Miedzinski could make his Swindon Robins comeback in Tuesdays Elite League clash at home to Coventry Bees. The Pole has been out of action since suffering a serious hand injury in the Robins first fixture of the season back on Easter Monday, with former number one, Denmarks Peter Kildemand, stepping in to fill the void in recent weeks. However, Miedzinski made his riding return for Torun in his homeland last weekend and Swindon team boss Rossiter thinks he may be able to call him back into Robins colours next week. Adrian might be back. Its possible. We should know in the next couple of days, said Rossiter. Well have to wait and see. Its just a feeling and what I have been told. Kildemand missed Thursdays 50-40 success at home to Leicester Lions with an injury of his own and had already been ruled out of next weeks Coventry clash. The Dane had originally been booked to cover for the Robins until June 1 but with Miedzinksis return appearing imminent, Rossiter admits he does not know if Kildemand will ride for Swindon again. Rossiter said: It may be tough. Im not sure, I dont know yet. The Robins opted to utilise rider replacement for Kildemands absence against Leicester and Rossiter was irked by some disproval that met that decision. Should Miedzinski not be fit next week, Swindon will definitely need to bring in a guest to face the Bees, with Dakota North in the frame. I think people need to have a little bit more belief in the team. There was a lot of negativity and people saying were robbing the public but we couldnt have got anybody in, said Rossiter. Were struggling for Tuesday and if I brought Dakota North in then I wouldnt be able to use him on Tuesday and I think thats the one we need someone for. There are other options but I dont know. We will have to wait and see what goes on. The Bees have started the new Elite League season in exceptional form and set the early pace at the head of the table. Rossiter admits his team face a stiff task on Tuesday but having recorded a fifth straight home win with victory over the Lions, he believes his troops can topple anyone at the Abbey. Its going to be a tough one on Tuesday and a different kettle of fish but if we keep riding how were riding then we will be fine, said Rossiter. They are pretty good but on our own track I think we can beat them, its as simple as that. Admission to this meeting is just £5
  10. It sounds like Adrian might be back for Tue and Kildemands return coming to an end http://totalswindonsport.com/?p=21658
  11. No surprise in the result although closer than I thought it might be. Not sure Mikkel would have scored any worse than Bridger tonight but I guess it has been a while since he's ridden.
  12. Against Leicester you should be fine. Have faith
  13. Read on Twitter that he seems to think he will be back for this
  14. Still think this will be a home win for Swindon as their team should be strong enough at home to score enough with R/R If Newman rides like he did last night then it should be a easy night for Wright.
  15. If Freddie isn't back then it could be tough esp with limited guests available with only Belle Vue & Swindon not riding. However Lakeside are not known for their away form.
  16. Not sure how it's the same as Magic. Kildemand got injured and so misses the meeting. Magic said he was injured on sat after riding in the GP so couldn't race Monday but managed to race on the Sunday. Hardly the same.
  17. @OfficialCovBees: For Monday's meeting v K.Lynn, @BomberHarris37 is away at GP qualifier - we're pleased to have booked @scottnicholls78 to guest for him.
  18. @SwindonSpeedway: BREAKING NEWS Peter Kildemand has been ruled out of tonight's meeting with knee damage sustained in Denmark last night. We will use R/R.
  19. Yes I'm sure. He's beat Tai once in a messy first bend although Woffy is using NL equipment tonight. Other than that it's mainly been Rose, Simon Lambert, Stefan Neilsen, Charles Wright & Carl Wilkinson. i would be very concerned if he couldn't pick up points against them. He had lost to the riders he would be against in the EL like Cook, King & Nicholls. I really like Howarth, I just dont think this is one of his best tracks going by his past & recent meetings there. Yes and I still stand by my comment that in the ELITE LEAGUE he does always struggle at King's Lynn.
  20. Yes. In fairness a lot of his heats tonight are against PL or FTD riders, it's a bit different to riding against most established riders. With the exception of Tai in a messy first bend (who's on NL riders bike) he has only beat riders that are mainly on the FTD that he should be beating anyway Didn't he score very poorly during the Stars V Wolves meeting in question?
  21. This should be a good meeting. Good to see another PL fixture on sky
  22. Been a while since I have seen him miles behind. He's look better than some so far in the GP & recorded hardly any last places. However I understand these topics aren't created for praise, just sad individuals who have nothing better to do than consistently look for fault in a rider even when he's doing very well. I don't see posts like this started for any of the riders that do seem to have had a poor start to the season. Not really sure why some people seem to have a personal grudge against him. 😴
