  1. What winner does have that attitude though, anyway it matters not You ran out deserved winners on the night plain and simple.
  2. Heat 8 is protected so Craig the sportsman wasn't out until heat 9 just saying like, as for that old saying show me a good loser and I will show you a loser springs to mind. Craig is certainly not that.
  3. Hope he is not on any guarantees or you will get even less effort. We sadly found this out to our cost last season.
  4. As good as Jensen was on Friday he was equally as poor last night, too early in the season for any knee jerk reactions to be honest. I am more concerned on Vissing away from home he seems to be a passenger most of the time and not what is required as back up. Guarantees as stated no chance after last season.
  5. As I said Berwick can do to us as we did to them so not surprised at all, early season to really be overly concerned it is what it is, another average away performance we move on and well done to the Bandits well deserved win.
  6. I am sure the line up will be announced early part of next week.
  7. Large contingent travelling down, the first meeting last season was a cracker down there more of the same tonight would make it an excellent weekends entertainment. Berwick should win but we will take a point is my prediction.
  8. None yet would guess that the Easter weekend makes availability difficult , social media will no doubt let us know the line up as soon as it is finalised 7pm start next Saturday with Glasgow , Bell vue . Edinburgh & Workington taking part in a 4tt. Would imagine there will be fans travelling from the other 3 teams so the sooner the better on a line up I guess.
  9. He seemed to pick up speed after the race was finished it was suggested his throttle jammed open looked a nasty one best wishes to the lad.
  10. Young Kyle was hugely impressive tonight, he commented in the programme how grateful he was on Workington sticking by him and how much it helped his confidence. Seems a very level headed young man and looking forward in watching him progress further with us this season.
  11. Cracking meeting to start the season, the racing was just great to watch with passing and repassing in nearly every heat. After a tight start and the Bandits well in it we just seemed to click and we went up a gear and looked very powerful , you were actually hoping we missed the gate as we were picking the Bandits of outside and inside with ease, for us everyone bar Chessell looked good Jensen in particular whilst Cook was just a joy to watch. The Bandits cannot be to despondent as they were well in it until heat 7, they are a decent team capable of doing to us what we done to them at Berwick tomorrow but all in all if that is what we get served up as far as the racing goes we are in for a treat
  12. I prefer the appraisal from MD it is more believable.
  13. We are far from sad and confused we all know your a clown , no confusion there.
  14. To be fair the only part of the post that is correct is me, .
  15. He would have needed Sarj as the surrogate for that to happen .
  16. Think you may be confusing us buying Richard Lawson from Workington after Lakeside never paid the initial transfer fee to Workington . Glasgow then stepped in and paid the fee. Craig Cook as far as i am aware is still an Edinburgh asset
  17. He performed well at the pre-seaon training camp by all accounts. Sadly that was the only time , must have performed ok off track as his wife had a baby.
  18. No he won't because he did , not rocket science is it. Anyway haven't saw any users with those names on here, you must be thinking of the Workington forum.
  19. Won't make this but will gladly donate twenty quid to a worthy cause pm me your details and I will transfer via Paypal.,
  20. Agree perhaps you can copy and paste this on the Glasgow thread as they all have ESP on there and know it was the Promotions fault .
  21. Me I grassed everyone I even grassed Craig Cook for potentially thinking about shouting Good Morning Vietnam at 3am out his room window, I could tell he was thinking about doing it earlier in the evening. I even grassed Claus to the haircut Police for having such a stupid haircut. That should just about cover the snitching for one day.
  22. Clears that paticular conspiracy theory up , now on to the next one .
  23. Unfortunate for Victor But Aarnio or BWD makes Newcastle stronger imho, doing what they think is best for the team is the way I see it.
  24. Must be a documentary they are doing on the town as it is BT that do speedway coverage.
