I think it's brilliant, Formula 1 do something similar with their qualifiers and race day. It certainly makes sense if you're going to go to Australia or Russia for a GP series, with all of the travelling; it makes sense to have 2 rounds. If local promoters are concerned about crowds then have two rounds with venues relatively close, one at Torun and one at Bydgoszcz.

Russia's GDP on its own is higher than Poland, Sweden and Denmark's combined GDP. If the BSI are serious about cracking the Russian market then Grigory should get a wild card.

Marcus Birkemose is a generational talent. In a couple of years, he could be better than Zmarzlik.

Fricke doesn't deserve a wild-card, he's been crap for most of the series. Emil and the Laguta brothers all deserve wildcards. I'd also like to see Lidsey, Kubera and Piotr Pawlicki in the series. Leszno are the best team in the world but only have 1 rider in the GP series.

Russia had an under 21 rider before dirty polish money stole him.

Apparently Russia might not be eligible for the Speedway of Nations as they don't have a junior rider. Bringing one over from Russia with machinery would be very expensive. What a stupid rule from the BSI. What has a junior rider got to do with a tournament? This isn't the Under 21s.

Funny how Gorzow get treated very differently to Czestochowa.
