I've been a speedway fan for over 20 years and this is the first season that I haven't followed. I miss the days of the "Elite League" with Leigh Adams at Swindon, Jason Crump at Belle Vue, Nicki Pedersen at Eastbourne, Lee Richardson at Lakeside and Hans Andersen at Peterborough. Sky Sports with Nigel and Kelvin was the pinnacle for British Speedway. It all went downhill when Sky left the sport.

Speedway is far too expensive to attend. We need to get rid of the fancy riders and go back to cheap equipment and admission at £10 on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. What benefit does Jack Holder and the other riders who ride in Poland bring to Britain?

Just looked at the scores and my god. What has happened to the SGP series? I remember the days of Hancock, Rickardsson, Gollob, Adams, Crump and Pedersen. The quality in the SGP series has fallen off massively.

Laguta has been nigh on unbeatable around Wroclaw. A real shame he wasn't racing tonight. Zmarzlik's world titles all have an asterisk next to them.

Just watched my first GP in a long time and no surprise to see Zmarzlik win again. This is what happens when the "King of Wroclaw" is not in the GP series. Laguta would have shown Zmarzlik the quickest way around Wroclaw.

Speedway at Cardiff felt like a big event, a spectacle. Speedway at Belle Vue feels like another meeting. Manchester will never replicate the roar when Harris passed Hancock on the final bend.

The Polish league is incredibly boring. Why not cancel the remaining matches and just give Lublin the title? I miss the old days where all of the talent was spread equally. Gorzow used to have Gollob, Zmarzlik, Zagar, Iversen and MJJ, and Zielona Gora used to have AJ, Dudek, Piotr P, Dudek and Holta. Maybe it's nostalgia, but the current product is crap compared to 2010. Do you agree @racers and royals?
