Rosco really needs to think about the scores the riders are getting in the meetings, we only need to beat the opposition and not have riders scoring double points when they are not needed, or next year we might have to dump good riders again.

Have not seen any stopping of opening up the pits gate after a red flag for a restart, so nothing so far about speeding up meetings. I thought when they posted about having listened to fans that this might have been resolved. I hope there may be something in the full rule release about the starting issues.

There are only seven riders with averages over 8 so presumably the bspa want the top riders shared out. But I think it should be up to each team how they build their team. The daft thing about this is that there might be some average manipulation going on towards the end of the season.

I did say that there is a possibility that Jason may not be returning, but I thought it might be due to the points limit rather than having to get rid of any more than one rider over 8 points. So does Jason or Nick go out on loan? Rosco will have to make sure we only allow one rider to get over 8 points at the end of the season.

No ideally want more meetings than that.

The dogs race at the moment starting at 11am and finishing at 2pm on a monday, so we can race but prep time on the track could be difficult if we have have bad weather during the afternoon.

Like the comment re fans feedback and starting rules taken onboard but will wait for the detail. Does this mean a few of them read this forum or was the feedback from elsewhere. Anything to get rid of the faffing about and time delays will be appreciated.

Agree if they decide to weaken the teams just to allow one or two teams in, we had enough of that with Eastbourne for a period.

Have been saying for ages that if local meeting is against a not very good team or the weather is a bit iffy some people will decide to stay at home and watch the meeting on the tv, especially if they are unable to record or watch a repeat of it.

A bit confusing, I at the moment get all the freeview free sports on the HD tv, channel 95, but just a message at the moment on channel 273 on a non HD tv, the one that says it will start in Dec, so will see what it says when it starts up.

What does that mean ? as the HD version is just sports progs. I am lucky as I have both HD and non HD

It might be that too many clubs want the same night which will restrict the number of available meetings per year, if many want the same night it will mean some clubs will only have one meeting at home every two weeks, rain offs would cause issues.

The message on the freeview site now states starts Dec so it may not be the 1st.
