All depends don't it? Some teams I've seen quoted in elite league have 2 double uppers and you look at other riders and 2/3 more could easily double up

Remember Elite League sides can only have 2 double up riders, chances are Starke/Newman will be riding in the Premiership, so will there respected teams already have riders double upping?

You say a strong reserve must be signed, but me personally rather have a strong top 5 than one decent reserve. Old format, if you've got a strong reserve and a weak 2nd heatleader your just counteracting the hard work.
