The team scores should be on screen constantly in my opinion like a football score, we don't have to wait until a throw-in or goal-kick to see the score in football. They were doing 10+ years ago so why not now?

During the heats we've got a graphic to show us the max speed of a rider (utterly pointless) but no graphic to show the team scores? It's like showing a football match without the score in the corner, WBD are completely clueless about speedway aren't they.

Useless TV direction/camerawork from Discovery yet again, how hard can it be?

Why can't they just put the scores up like this from 11 years ago? Eurosport/Discovery events just don't get speedway do they?

Can they not put the team scores up on screen more often? Useless.

Back to the best format in my opinion but I did prefer it when the semi-finals were at different venues to the race-off/final. Thought it added some variety to the week, whereas four meetings at the same venue (without a home nation for first three) might get a bit stale by the end. It was always nice to get behind your country at a local meeting and feel a part of the World Cup week. Also saw some really good tracks like Vastervik and Bydgoszcz that don't come around too often.

He also rode at Belle Vue in the 2016 World Cup race-off, not sure about the others.

How many times tonight have we missed crucial overtakes coming out of the second bend on the first lap because they can't fit all four bikes in the shot from that stupid reverse angle? Just keep all four bikes in the shot and if you can't, then just stick with the camera over the start/finish! It's not hard is it?

No commentary on the player again despite Dave Rowe posting on Twitter that he's there for Eurosport!
