hackneyrocket replied to Damon's topic in National League Speedway

Well done to all the boys tonight, great result. -
Jack Kingston and Adam Kirby were at Rye House today, a mixed afternoon for them both. Adam had a win, a mechanical problem and a fall. Jack had a win and a crash from which he sustained an ankle injury (not sure is its serious). Both looked good though.

It's good to be optimistic! but im going to stick my neck out and go for a Rye home win by 10. Apart from Barker and Lanham cant see to many big point scorers. -
Hi Nikko When are we going to find out who the last two riders will be?

Ipswich Vs Rye House March 29th 2.30pm

I think it will be a close run meeting with Ipswich ending slightly ahead All I hope is that everyone comes through this unscathed and we don't have a repeat of last years meeting. -
Has Marc Owen got a team place with anyone this year?
-
Great news that Steve Boxall has signed for the Kings, dont know if Steve reads whats put on here? I just hope he has a good season on some decent machinery and proves all his doubters wrong. Having seen him come through the ranks at Rye, I cant help but feel he has never reached his considerable potential and maybe this is a chance to reserect his carear. Len obviously has faith in him, afterall this is his third chance under his promotions. Good luck Steve.
-
Who do you think could fill these places? any ideas?
-
Waco How is Ben's leg now? What I like about him, is he never gives up im sure he will get a chance this year. Are there any places left to fill still?
-
Waco I hope Ben has a good season this year, maybe the change of track will be good for him and he can push on with his wish to go Premier League.
-
Would be great to see Robert Lambert ride for the Kings
-
Great news that Connor Coles has signed, saw him a few times last year at Rye House and looked a good prospect. Who will be the next rider?
-
Oafski I think your right, this team has lots of potential. Well done to Simon Lambert last Friday.
-
Just a thought, could Jason Garrity be our number one this season?
-
Nikko Cant wait to see who the remaining riders are? You are doing a great job keeping the Kings in the spot light. Looking forward to the opening meeting. Well done to all involved so far and hope the team have a good first season.
-
Thanks Shadders. Cant wait untill the season starts, seems like ages since I have seen any speedway, hope its worth the wait.
-
I know this is a little early, but does anyone have any idea when the press and practise day is?
-
I agree but with Kasper being the same, makes for some good racing this season.
-
Jason Bunyan did say at the end of season awards that it had taken some time to get his head right after a couple of years of injuries. lets hope he carries on where he left off last year.
-
Well done to Jason Bunyan, Good luck for the upcomming season.
-
If Kent could start with a 1-7 as per BigDave1's post, that would be very handy. Look forward to seeing the team ride this year.
-
Well put, bet than the way I tried.
