In all seriousness, it'll do the League no good at all if Brummies (or any team) end up with a 'weak' team compared to most of the others. It'll do the new promotion no favours either if they start with a series of home defeats... But I really can't see where the remaining riders will come from?

The BSN statement says the intention is to cover 'more than 30 meetings' featuring all 11 clubs, across all the Championship competitions including play-offs.

The point is that the club now have to pay for all sorts of 'extras' that previously were included in their rental. From a cost perspective any practice is treated as the whole stadium being in use - and stewarded!!!!

I am fairly certain that will be the case as individual clubs may want a varied pricing structure.

Its confirmed that there is a restriction on numbers attending P&P day, but the media - BBC TV South and regional newspapers in particular - will give it strong coverage. Also watch this space for further info..............

Previously other fans have been let in for the on-track practice. This may also be the case this season however there may be a restriction on numbers imposed by the stadium management. I'm at the stadium tomorrow so I'll enquire.

Poole P&P is on 25th March at 1pm for media, invited guests, sponsors and season ticket holders. On track practice from 3.30pm.

There are more Brits of the required standard in the Championship!!

The relationship is good having assisted last seasons Crump and Pedersen signings as well as setting-up the Keleher switch. With the Poole-based Garry May link as well i'm sure everything is fine.

I see the new Danish Speedway website (see International section) has Adam Ellis listed as a rider for Grinsted, confirming that he isn't available for any Wednesday tracks in British Speedway.

At least it confirms Adam Ellis is a 'B' rider for Grinsted in 2022.

I like the new format/design/layout although with the video intro I thought it was going to be 'BritishPremiershipSpeedway'!!? Shame there is no Championship racing highlights - its not as if there is no Championship footage available!! - maybe to be added later?
