Well done Panthers and R.Lambert answered his critics in the best way possible (and I was one of them)..though some of the things said have been OTT..but hey that's internet forums for you...hope the other Lambo is OK?..as he has been a revelation for us this year.

He's obviously too bigtime to worry about the premier league..just like Woffinden is too big time to worry about the British league and then tries to act like some big ambassador for the sport in this country...just because he's good at riding a motorbike and has a fast engine..no one would care if he was crap!...young Lambert has probably been brainwashed by the little twerp during the world cup.

As a rider I think he's fantastic but he's only ridden 3 out of 8 league matches for us...what good is that if it continues?

The warning signs were there against Berwick where we got out of jail..so I went to tonights meeting expecting us to lose against a poor Ipswich team and we did. Simon Lamberts good form has glossed over a patched up team that needs changes so its no surprise to me that as soon as he has a bad one we lose. I'm sorry but Greenwood is too slow, has been all season and is not improving. And as good as R.Lambert is I'd rather not have him if he's not comitted (how many league matches has he ridden!?). Something needs to be done and soon.. But hey it's not all bad..we are in a good position and maybe this is the wake up call we needed..I Trust Ged Rathbone to get it right. Also I stayed on to watch the Danish guy and he looked as fast as Blackbird on track..so I wonder what the plans are?

...I don't understand why we don't accommodate him when there is supposably nothing else out there...though Redcar appear to have found someone..we got out of jail against Berwick but the weakness's are there to be seen..looks like Management are being too naive to see it..this could cost us a trophy to not make the changes when we are one step ahead.

With reference to crowd size and people staying away because we not in EL anymore....then if Cov v Poole tonight was anything to go by then I'll stick with what we have...smallest crowd I've ever seen and who can blame them not for turning up to watch that!...and sorry to the first nerd who says "wrong thread"

Completely agree with the above....all I would add is that Poole for once did nothing wrong...Havvy made himself look a fool again...had it been the other way round though Middledick would have done exactly the same...win at all costs and its sad for speedway...team managers should realy be getting together and setting the example not acting like the clowns that these two have both have done.

Poole will ride in anything like they did to win at all costs at B.Vue the season before..just bluff them and say you have an understrength team.

What about Sundstrom when he gets sacked in Poland...his scores are terrible.. And they don't mess about.
