Peterborough Panthers 2019
New era Panthers replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Sounds like a wind up to me as you can't even name who is involved so will just have to dismiss it as idle gossip. -

It would be nice if you can fill us in with a bit more detail as I don't like half a story. Or are you sworn to secrecy -

Bjerre has a 7.02 average for one reason . I would also point out that Leicester didn't value him that highly by dumping him mid season in 2018. -

Referring to Cook I, I find your statement amazing considering most of your supporters are gutted that he's not back at the NSS , it sounds a bit like sour grapes to me . -
Are you saying Doyly left you in the cart(e)
-
Lets hope you can get some decent riders signed but as It,.. see you were in the same boat as Peterborough with elevation to the premier league roughly about the same time, certainly the other 5 clubs had an advantage tying deals up before Panthers and Witches even knew which league they would be racing in though.
-
But he likes the attention he is getting.
-
Is it that Ipswich have been slow out of the blocks or are there other reasons that would explain why they are in this situation . I do hope you can find those riders that will make your side competitive but the signs are not looking too good at the moment.

Yes i'm well impressed with the top 3 in place and with the other 4 yet to be named , things are looking good. Just hope crowds are good for Thursday night racing and we can get back to being an established top flight club again . It would also be good if we could get most of those who deserted the club when they left after dropping down a league to return and see what is on offer at the showground . If fans want it to succeed then they need to show up , the foundations have been laid now it's down to supporters to show they really want top flight speedway. -

Better than having no speedway at all , as Aldi's slogan says when it's gone it's gone. -

Too much of an individual for my liking , definitely not my idea for team racing. -

Not local could mean not Simon Lambert but could be Ulrich Ostergaard . Now that would be a surprise. -

Yes I would like to know his thoughts on that , I would also point out that all riders are not exclusive to Panthers , riders and promoters elsewhere will also be looking at what is best for there plans . So far those signed that we know of look pretty good to me . -
Does Buster call the shots?
New era Panthers replied to 2ndbendbeerhut's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Maybe because Ged wants riders to turn up with a positive attitude even when the tracks are wet. -
And perhaps they have been calling him, ever since his post from yesterday but not on the phone.
-
You better get the plumbers on standby for Thursday nights then.
-
I wouldn't be surprised to see Craig Cook being you're NO1
-
Pity they couldn't get the year correct on the headline .
