I honestly believe that the league this year is actually stronger than last year. Top end has been reduced but we have seen an influx of much better 5 ish point riders. There is still a huge gulf in class. Let’s just look at a team. All of Pooles team ride in top 2 tiers of Polish speedway. Leicester will have Danny King most likely at number 4. While Ipswich will have him at 1. Huge gulf in class still.

I Partly agree with you but also do you blame promoters. How many British riders have gone on to the GPS Tai and Cook and its taken Cook a long time to get there. Poole have a history of success with Aussies riders so why change from something that isn't broken. We have never been a team to have lots of Brits and i don't think we ever will. Success makes you more money than having a cheaper rider in Jacobs. Its a business first and a sport second.

Agreed, we need another rider to match those riders and I think Josh G as 3rd Heat leader will be better than most though. Never know Woryna might step up that much. Sure Matt has this under control. No need to hit panic yet.

This is a question for Rye fans. From what I heard on Talk speedway podcast your promoter seems switched on yet. I think Rye House have the worst communication of any team. You havent don’t anthing on social media and you don’t have fan nights. I just want to know what you guys do get and it looks like you need more. He talks about getting GP riders yet can’t do social media. Will a GP rider be part of your team for 2018? I would have KK Harris Scott N and the rest would get rid of.

Like we all knew. Hans has just confirmed on Twitter that he won’t be back at Poole. But will be back in the UK!

Holder has been put up for sale by Ford for 25K. So Kyle for 25K is insane. Yes Holder isn’t the rider he used to be but still and insane price!

The logical thing would by this. But this is British speedway. Doyle and Holder both go to Somerset lambert comes to Poole freddie goes to Rye house NKI goes to Lynn.

If Chris really doesn’t want to ride for Poole I would say. Fine I’ll take Lambert as a good back up. And when Kurtz and Woryna show they are better than Lambert then he will learn how much he has to improve.

Somerset have never owned Charles Wright! Jack Holder is a great rider but thinks he is far too good for he is own good. Can go the whole way in the sport but he needs to change.
