Can confirm one thing. Cyfer won't ride for Poole or anyone in the league at the moment. Was speaking to his agent on Twitter and he confirmed that he doesn't have a place.

Thats because you guys are a different generation to me. Come to people my age aka uni student speedway fans which is a very small number. Poole, Swindon, Coventry and Wolves. Belle Vue no where near. They haven't won anything for a while.

I agree with Rider loyalty. But riders aren't owned by clubs as people always say. And in no other professional sport to they care its about winning you make money from winning and if you dont want your team to win there is not point at supporting a team. Professional is sport is about winning. Its not the taking part its the winning.

Well everyone else says Shanes is one of top three young riders like JPB. Belle Vue being a big club???? They can't even run which is just awful. They should be they have the history and the largest population of people to target and they can't do it. NSS should have been built in Swindon thats from a Poole fan as well. KK is a bloody good rider. And Doyle came good last season and one year before that. Don't get ahead of yourself yet. Hampel would be a good rider and would make there team much stronger. I guess time will tell over the season but i fear for Swindon.

If i was a lions fan I would like a team like this. 1. Kylmakorpi 9.35 2.R.Wells= 7.92 3.Gomolski= 7.71 4.P.Starke= 6.62 = Should be your top priority because he is so good on that average. Pay him more than Somerset just saying. 5. Nick Morris= 8.97 6.Batchelor= =7.36 7. 2 pointer= 49.93 How about this??? This would be a good side i feel.

I think that for the 2nd biggest team in the UK in terms of everything put together in speedway and having the GB manger. Swindon can't build teams. Great to show respect to a GB rider in Ellis but that doesn't win you titles. Wolves last year were ruthless and they won. Rosco needs to pick a more balanced team as well. Love Doyle, but Swindon should have looked at Hampel for example just for those extra 3.5 points. I feel like top 4 riders will be good and bottom 3 awful. And your bottom riders need to be JPB or Smith. We have Shanes which is one of the top 3 young UK riders and you need one of the others I feel.

I think with Kyle he could learn the Wimbourne road way. AKA deep into turn 2 get the grip and shoot down the back and tight into 3 and 4. So 30.83 left for 4 riders. I imagine Brady and Kyle come in on 6.31 and 7.65. This would leave us with 16.87. I think KK will sign but you never know with Matt. I cannot see Brady and Kyle not being in team just the last two who are the interesting ones. 30.83 point

I would not have Auty. Auty was the worst rider i saw ride at Poole all of last season. He is slow and on that average have fun with it.

View from left field here but any chance of Leon Madsen riding for us again. Hasn't got a Swedish club yet that I know of. Came 5th in SEC last year which isn't bad.

This has just been put on the official poole pirates forum. Interestingly enough, I've heard that Bjerre was on the verge on signing for the Pirates but was offered more money by Coventry (who apparently were the main supporters of the cost cutting measures!)

Very True. Holder will ride for Kings Lynn then once his average drops he will be back in 2018. Just a guess.

No Starke because he won't fit in with his average. I imagine Ellis perks and then rider number 6 is the mystery rider.Aka one none of us can predict.
