49-41 tbh it always felt like Pnathers were going to win imo MPT scoring 15 was very quick. He was clearly disappointed in missing the gate in heat 15. Nicholls was also quick until the track became a dust bowl. I'd like to praise Simon Lambert, I've battered him so often for poor performances, however tonight was the best he's ridden for well over a year. As for Newcastle Allen and Morris stood out massively. That injury to Lunna whilst very unfortunate for the lad and i hope he recovers soon leaves Panthers with an ideal opportunity to replace him with Kennett.

I'd even swap Nathan Greaves for Lambert tbh or even one of our new assets Adam Roynon

Lambert is a real concern for me, granted I've never been his biggest fan but at home he's supposed to be our trump card at reserve

Well done MPT and Nicholls who carries the team. Time to start looking for alternatives to Lambert imo and Lunna isn't a heat leader at home.

The riders have to be able to ride it. There's no excuse for Lambert wobbling like a novice in heat 2 and having to be babysat by Ostergaard in heat 4 only for both to be passed or our number 1 not winning a heat.

Now that was the kind of performance i was expecting to see a lot of at the start of the season given how the team was buildt etc. It was utter dross. Singling a single rider out may seem poor after that display, but oyr captain was supposed to be cleaning up at hom from reserve, but he's simply not good enough. Credit to Workington who blewus away. Performances like that cannot be accepted and i hope it's just a one off.

Any news the fitness of Lunna and Nicholls? Both Lambert and Lunna were outscored by Konopka last night
