BWD was on Facebook last night asking for a mechanic for Edinburgh and Glasgow.
As for changes, team selection has been wrong from day one and we all know that.
So the current excuse is that the money has dried up because they purchased Ready power out? That doesn't explain why we keep going down the same route with team selection.
Crowds are well up but that'll soon drop if they're not careful.
So without the necessary changes it's a battle to avoid the wooden spoon.
I recall both Kennett and Harris at the start of the season stating they want to ride both leagues, I wonder if that's still the case
Why would Kennett be more expensive than someone like Kurtz or Batchelor? Any team needs a proper number 1
As for the reserve birth, Ayres was available up until a week ago. Wed probably have to stick with Lambert or sign Carr or even Hall.
Tungate has done his 4H and 4A and averages 5.71
The team needs a revamp to stand any chance so the more points to play with the better.
1 Kennett 9.27
2 BWD 5.02
3 Starke 6.75
4 Allen 5.96/Tungate 5.71?
5 Holder 7.16
6 3.83
7 Bacon/Wajknecht - 2.00
I see we've allowed Ostergaard and Lambert obtain new averages with a whopping 2.44 points off their start averages. It's actually more but Lambert can't go below a 3.
Bacon has kept his 2 average.
Holder and BWD will also get their new averages this week after Edinburgh.
I'd sign Berge too rides the showground well and was unlucky not to get signed back by Sheffield.
As has been mentioned he needs a new home and in to preferably stay.
Take your pick from Ostergaard, Hansen, Lambert and Bacon then
There's far too many happy clappers to make anyone care.
Some of us may come across as negative, but we'd love nothing more than to sing their praises.
I praised the ambition of the promotion last season despite it not paying off. The alarm bells rang for me after P&P day when it was said we aim to enjoy this season with smiles on our faces.
