  1. The rising star is going to feel like he’s going riding with 6 other Dads
  2. Apparently Czestochowa have made an offer to Smektala. https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/904458/zuzel-fogo-unia-ma-zloto-i-rozdaje-karty-w-okresie-transferowym-za-rok-moga-byc-
  3. Dan will be helped by the fact that during home meetings, his 4 rides will be with Tai, Maciej x2 and Max.
  4. Good news that all 500 tests were negative. Does anyone know what is happening with Drabik? Is he banned or is he still able to ride this year?
  5. Danish youngster Marcus Birkemose has been added to the line-up for Sunday with one name to follow shortly to complete the field. The meeting is, however, mainly made up of past and present Peterborough riders.SUNDAY LINE-UP (2pm start, gates open 12.30): Niels-Kristian Iversen, Hans Andersen, Rohan Tungate, Chris Harris, Michael Palm Toft, Scott Nicholls, Ulrich Ostergaard, Simon Lambert, Charles Wright, Emil Grondal, Danny King, Ty Proctor, Richard Lawson, Paul Starke, Marcus Birkemose, one TBC.
  6. Bech on 6.26 and Wells on 4.00 is under by 0.01 I think?!?
  7. Gutted to see BWD out for 6 months but given the amount of injuries he’s had in recent season’s its good too see him resting up and getting back to full fitness. Could we see Hans drop down to reserve
  8. He didn't exactly pull up many trees the last time he rode for us in the Championship.
  9. I thought the club was looking to bring in a new, young, never been seen in the UK before, asset to ride at no 7?
  10. Bit of fun isn't it. Belle Vue Swindon Ipswich Peterborough Sheffield Wolverhampton Kings Lynn
  11. There is about as much chance as Sheffield signing Nicki Pedersen and Ipswich signing Jason Crump... Oh that did really happen
  12. This then? Iversen 7.54 Andersen 5.79 Palm Toft 6.30 Harris 6.01 Tungate 6.59 BWD 5.47 Wells 4.00 41.70
  13. Rob Lyon in as Team Manager http://www.peterborough-speedway.com/news.php?extend.3753
  14. Indifferent about not signing Crumpy, on one hand disappointed cause he was my hero when I was growing up but on the other hand a 8.21 average for someone who hasn’t ridden in a competitive league for 8 years is a massive gamble imo. Lets hope we get some signing news of our own this week. Bring back Flyin Ryan
  15. They have lost the support of my Grandad whose been going to Peterborough since Boston closed in 1987, who introduced me to supporting the club and I have been taking him to meetings for the last 3 years because he cannot drive full stop or walk more than 20m without a break. All the people who I have sat around since I started going 15 years ago all (did) make use of the disabled parking, and I have no doubt that this will stop them from going to meetings now. I will still go to meetings but my experience will be extremely hampered by this.
  16. I said that throughout the whole of last season, the better races were when the times were slower. Did we break the track record 2 times last year or was it more? Fricke (57.9) and King (57.4) definitely did. The better races round the showground are when its 59+.
