Let's see what Lingren does today ?

Totally agree with you a captain should rally round the lads even when things are not going his way lead by example. Stuart Robson, Mark Lemmon just an example would always be seen helping the younger lads in the team or riders that were not going well. Lingren doesn't do this I think its time for Lingren to move on I think it will do him good a fresh challenge.

I have seen Lingren team ride once in his time at Newcastle. If he is in front he isn't one bit bothered about his team mate. Which team Captain comes in after a race jumps of the bike and heads strait around the back of the pits I don't care if your having a bad meeting yes it happens but your team captain so act like one when the going gets tough don't hide !!!!!!.
