Like old Harry, Sir Phil has kept his 'love' of Speedway very quiet over the years? He was the MP for Shipley so wonder he ever visited Odsal? I seem to remember that a certain Nick Brown MP was the chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Motorcycle Speedway, was Sir Phil a member?
