I just changed from BT Broadband, and still had to pay for BT Sport with them (albeit cheap), but even as a new subscriber via Sky is only £27.99 & not £35+. The inconsistency (let alone cost) does piss me off, but we have limited options !

I really appreciate all the angles and finances and infrastructure that has to be considered where it could be really “beefed up”, but for me, to keep it going and keep the focus in the public eye, at least cover 1 meeting each week in the format of last year, .. it won’t make an armchair fan because they won’t show my home team every week !

It was due to Sky pulling out and a BT rescue, but they had already programme scheduling so had to work with what they had, hence why it was late

So ........... i read in the threads prior to this on the 22nd “an announcement will be made next week” - and ??, ...... is anyone any the wiser or heard anything yet about the domestic coverage ?? (I know BT are covering the GPs) - the comms are pants !

I wouldn’t compare with Norrie, Bates just bough in their own choice with Jim, you could retrospectively ask if it was the right choice, but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Valid comment about Sheffield though, there appears to be a pattern !

Good summary - I think you’ll struggle - I like Lambert, but a lot resting on very young shoulders and it depends on the roar in his heart after the content of the social media speculation about him been messed about !

Hope so, what a difference a close season makes - whats your view on your chances ? I think better, but limited strength & depth may cost you ?
