Qualifying cancelled

Looks like qualifying on TNT sports 7 at 1pm...weather permitting

Orgainisation was summed up ny staff at south stand entrance arrivung at 4.50, looking at turnstiles and asking each other, "are we using these" (not worked for last 9 years) . After much head scratching, it was decided that the gate was the only option, but no one had a key to unlock it......seems our friend from Poole wasn't the only one who didn't remember that there was a big event taking place. I'm a Belle Vue fan through and through but organisation was simply an embarassment, feel for the volunteers and staff that had to take the flack

And there was me thinking you actually knew something rather than relying on logic and optimism.....

Plenty of takeaways etc on A6 closeish to stadium, I would avoid the Stadium catering at all costs, bery low quality and unless any additional facilities ( which Never has been for SON etc) will be huge queues.

Really enjoyed that, comptetive racing with proper 20 heat tension!

If anyone is interested it appears that qualifying coverage is available on TNT sports 6 from 1pm. Dont know about other providers but via red button from a TNT channel on Virgin media

And we complain about British speedway making it up as we go along....
