So Buster will offer a rider more to ride for team A than Buster has already offered to ride for team B? Very much doubt it... Might depend on which club is more local to the rider....

Example... Rider A is approached by either Peterborough or Ipswich. And a deal is agreed in principle. Rathbone or Louis then talks to Buster to ask if ok. Buster agrees but in next few days informs Rathbone or Louis that Rider A is available to the other one if they want as nothing is signed. So a deal is then agreed at the other club or Busters no 1 club ... Kings Lynn. So then Peterborough or Ipswich then have to start again.... not as though Kings Lynn , Ipswich or Peterborough would be offering anymore money would it? And leaves Peteborough or Ipswich with leftovers..... Is this likely to occur?

Had signed for Poole a while ago.....and at reserve. Will put about 2 points on his ave and then be thrown away by Poole at the end of 2019 on a high ave. Riders like Covatti were ideal to take with the club upto the "big league" Next....
