Shocking first few heats for the stars. Having seen Kvech struggle around the outside, can't believe Harris thought he's ride the fence in heat 3. Need to get their gating gloves on.

What's the latest on our Rising Star? Both Harrison & Scott have been improvements on Boughen imo, at least they both put the effort in. Scott impressed me the most. Have either been offered the position permanently?

Waste of space. I’ve seen some poor riders at reserve over the years but he’s got to be the worst. Has to be replaced immediately.

Decent effort from the boys today. Shame Klindt and Kvech couldn't maintain their performance all the way through the meeting. As for Boughen, i'd replace him immediately. He may be quick on a track on his own but he needs to realise there are 3 other riders in a race. Shutting down and totally bottling it! Him staying in the team will do no-one any favours. I'd go for Joe Thompson - can't be any worse!

It sounds as if it will be strength in depth. I'd be happy with something like this. Might be well off the mark though! 1. Lawson 2. Iversen 3. B.Cook 4. Klindt 5. Kvech 6. King / Harris 7. Boughen

I think Lawson will happen but probably not Harris unfortunately.

From a very well informed and reliable source. Sounds like Buster is certainly taking more of a back seat, and it's 'others' that aren't as efficient as Buster had always been in paying the money. Hopefully it's now been sorted.

I think they always were paid on time, but for some reason things have changed this year.

Totally agree, however probably doesn't matter who guests for us we'll still get beat at Ipswich. Hopefully we can then either make team changes or get more suitable guests for the meetings we've got a chance of picking up points in.

I'd view that as a positive tbh. No doubt Wojdylo has ability and potential and will no doubt improve once he's figured the tracks out, but we need performances now. We always seem to sign riders with potential but they never seem to reach it.

What a shambles the start of the season has turned out to be. Buster needs to sort out strengthening the team asap or he wont see another crowd this season like we had against Belle Vue. What riders are out there, that could come in and make us stronger though??

Good Signings. Looking forward to watching Musielak. If Palm-Toft is injury free and at reserve, that is also a good signing. Tarasenko and 'one other' to complete the team.

Fair play to the Panthers. Cook, Basso and Jenkins were impressive imo. Apart from Klindt, (and Lawson), Lynn's team is woeful.

I see one of your interests is family? Brady made a choice and put family before Speedway, if you knew the circumstances i'm sure you would have made the same decision.

I'm also hearing Jacob Thorsell could be a replacement for Laguta....

That was from a creditable source. Don't shoot the messenger, just what i was told.

He is way out with his Lynn "facts" most of the time as well.

I believe the reality is that Brady was happy with the financial situation he left behind. However this was based on larger attendances. Apparently Lynn need approx 900 fans to break even based on their current commitments, so i guess anything less is what's causing Buster to suggest they are over budget. Brady quitting for personal reasons couldn't be helped but unfortunately one thing he has to take responsibility for is that he built an extremely poor team at the start of the season and now Lynn are paying the price for it. When they come back to tapes, i expect there will be at least one rider change which will reduce the cost of the team.
