So... looking at riders from 2026, Tate is moving on, Drew has signed for Berwick... Max's Facebook page indicates he fell out of love with the sport towards the end of the year... Rumours have suggested Batch might be 'south bound'... Feels like 2027 will be a year of new riders unless the likes of Hooky and Vuolas are considered... Time will tell...

Nicolai Klindt would have made an ideal guest around Worky - but unfortunately seems he is injured as wasn't riding tonight for Redcar.

Shouldn't be getting beaten by those guys... Hopefully all comes good in Mildura...

Got to agree that Tate should be making the Semis at a canter... Appreciate he had bike issues yesterday, but thought he claimed to have them sorted... Hopefully a stronger last couple of rides from him

Out of interest; has anyone heard of any news or rumours as to Beau Bailey's 2026 plans? He has pulled out of the remainder of the Aussie summer events to recover "ahead of a European season"...

There may be logic in someone's eyes, as I noted, I'm all for building suspense, but at the moment the narrative is being led by others, rather than the club, with no input/announcements from the club. For example; Hooky has announced he isn't returning; Comets haven't announced anything, and haven't even had the good graces to thank him publicly for last year. Same with Jye. Whether individual fans, like, love, or loath previous years riders, the optics and publicity from a club could be soooo much better, rather than complete radio silence.

Would likely sell more season tickets, and get fans more engaged, if there was some snippets of info from the club as to who the rest of the team is going to be... I'm all for 'building the suspense' but the complete radio silence is getting a little tiresome, especially when the club are just repeatedly advertising season tickets....

I'm far from convinced... Feels a backwards step...

Max Perry is still available if we're trying to squeeze in another 6/7 point rider (assuming someone like Rushen is stopping 'down south'). Not necessarily an exciting option, but seemed to be a 'good egg' and has ties to Glasgow...

Hasn't Cook signed to ride in Poland, so would miss a lot of Saturdays? Glasgow seemed frustrated with the number of meetings Nagel missed riding Europe too... I know there are concerns with his away performances, but Vuolas along with say Jye and Rushen may well fit in under 40pts.
