Have the teams been announced yet ? As I'd like to print off a race card today at work, as I'll be at football prior to the meeting tomorrow evening. Prediction - Poland, Sweden, Denmark, GB

After our sucessful Copenhagen trip, and assuming finances allow after Prague, anybody any tips for Lonigo ? We could fly into Venice mid morning on the Saturday, would this allow enough time to travle the 90k to Lonigo, and how easy is the trip. Likewise the return trip early Sunday morning. Alternatively, anybody else thinking about the trip, and want to share car hire, (I'm happy to drive in Italy), with myself and Dad. I guess we would need to ensure any accomodation was in the same area if we are sharing a car. and need to book the same flights from Stansted.

Have just freed up a family room at Travel Lodge Llanedeyrn, Cardiff.

I had the same situation a couple of years ago, wouldn't worry about it, just get an extra ticket then move to the top tier into some empty seats. I made a point of explaining the situation to the stewards who were fine about it. In fact they said only the front 5 rows were sold in the top on the 4th bend, so sit where we want in the 6th row, all together.

There is someone (sunshine), with a couple of rooms spare on the next page of this section. I don't know if they still have them left. Worth a try though. I think they were after a couple of pits passes, but perhaps an offer of something else for their kids could smooth the way !

The park & ride from the Council Offices ran every 20 minutes, and allows you to go back and forth on the same ticket all day.

Can anybodyplease advise how far the Parken stadium is, (in walking time for myself and elderly father), from the main train station/Tivoli gardens. Thanks

I guess the Nicki Pedersen mantlepiece will look somewhat emply this Christmas. No World Championship cup, and no card from Tony Steele or Greg Hancock

If it brings media attention to our sport, why let it drop ? Perhaps SKY would show a live WWF bout between the pair should any live matches be rained off ! Maybe the victor could face the winner of the Hans Andersen and Lee Richardsen event ! Perhaps pre match entertainment for the ELRC ? (with expert analysis by Gollob and Boycie).

Shame all other GP riders did not have the honesty of Scott. In a position to qualify for the grand final when Hancock puts his back wheel into Scotts front wheel (without intent). When probably easier to fall off, (and Hancock would be excluded), Scott regains his composure and balance, but drops a place. Great determination wins back the place before a final bend/straight crash puts him out. Great effort. From an Ipswich view, also well done to Hans and Jesper B. In fact Scotts place in the semis was only due to Hans unfortunate engibe failure, (his second of the night), and Jespers exit was a touch unfortunate, being forced to slow on the entry of the 3rd bend and lose 2nd place in an elimator. Great TV viewing though, and as usual Holta falls off when challenged on the inside, (what did Hans say about him after Cardiff ? point proven !). I guess Mike Steele will have sleepless nights now Nicki Pedersen dosent want to be his friend ! Shame to see Loram go out so early and Stead looked lacking in match fitness. Well done to Crumpy to hold his nerve in the final re-run.
