  1. You people who say that Greg Hancock is only making the numbers up in GP are laughable. He is in it because he is still in the top eight in the world, does not need wild cards like some of the so called superstars ? As for youger riders not being able to get in to GP's I do agree that there should be a better way.
  2. If you look up Hesketh you will see that the cylinder heads and barrels from DOHC Weslake were you on a V twin road bike.

  4. Looking at the photo I would say the following Ivan Mauger, Greg, Bert Kingston, Dennis Gavoros, Nigel Boocock,Brian Larner (Kneeling) John Titman, Tom Shirra. HOWS THAT !
  5. Surprised no-one has mentioned Hancock and what a good night he had. Wasn't giving an inch. Best I have seen him ride for a good while at this level. Nicki was in great form, all the pratice he had at Lonigo sure paid off.
  6. Phil Herne - lives in NSW Australia his two sons both race the eldest Lee rode for Arena Essex 2004 Edgar Stangerland - Now lives in Ireland and operates and plant hire business. Nigel Boocock - lives in Queensland Australia. Phil Crump - lives in England has a engine tunning business and looks after his son jasons interest. Steve gresham - lives in USA and has been seen at the odd meeting there.
  7. I do believethat Derek Hole has also passed away, Derek was also quite a good grasstrack rider in his day.
