Rune Holta in the Polish Team - weird. He's a good rider, he's strenghtening our team, he does have a Polish nationality but I don't think about him as a Pole at all. Maybe I should, I don't know his reasons for getting a Polish passport but if it's only money and sport then it's just not fair. I want to support Poland, like all faithful fans do but I'm not sure if I'm gonna cheer for him. For me it seems we have only four riders in a team and Holta is like something extra, just like you buy four bottles of coke and get five gratis maybe it's weird but that's exactly the way I feel about him.

I met Lee after the Copenhagen Grand Prix. Got his autograph and took a picture with him. I spent few hours standing next to him and I have to say it was definately the best night of my life. Lee didn't look shy, he also didn't keep the distance from me and other people. I would say he was very sociable, he smiled a lot and looked very very good I still don't understand why some people here 'have a go' at him. He's a young rider, he is quite experience but still have a lot of time to get better, ride better. You can't say you don't like someone if you havent met him. You definately have right to say 'I dont like his way of riding' but it's not the same as 'I dont like him and his way of being'. Lee's getting money for every meeting and for every point he scores. I wouldnt say that his illnesses are posed or planned. He's just a human like we are. Speedway's not only his hobby but also his job. He may have a bad day sometimes, like we all do. I dont ask you to love him but I ask you not to blame him. He's not only one night star, he is a good rider.

I don't know if it's good or bad but we had to change something, the situation can't be worse than it is now
