  1. Berwick 1.Kevin D - Fans favourite, like in 2002 has been a dissapointment 2. David B - Having more poor meetings than good ones this year 3. Matty W - Steady in a much better side 4. Matej - I have been impressed would retain next year 5. Claus V - Has done very well I suspect there will be a few clubs in for Vissing next year hope we retain him 6. Liam C - Not PL level just yet 7. Steen J Picked up his form maybe not a superstar but in a great asset to have in the trunk of the side
  2. Stead should have joined the Bandits back in the day I think he would have been British Champion by now
  3. 6 point scoring riders... that's the secret to our success
  4. Dropping Carr wasn't a tough call, if he wasn't local he wouldn't have been anywhere near the club
  5. Redcar I feel have had a decent season considering they miss there Number One when Redcar and Lakeside race on the same night It also doesn't help when in essence when Havelock repaced Kozza Smith with Konopka an 8 point man for a sub 3 point rider? As for the Bandits impressive Vissing scoring 2, he would have had 14 there the last time had it not been for a EF.
  6. because Berwick won by 14 with Lawson in the side I would imagine Edberg will add 2 points or so more than Carr
  7. Crescent Girl regularly misjudges situations it's rather comical Chris Harris being World Class my personal favourite
  8. Rob Smiths was pretty decent back then... I used to go everyday
  9. You get groupies everywhere.... I always remember Leigh Adams being asked if he was going to the Grove after the Bordernapolis 2003 He replied, "Not for me going to find the nearest chippy and off to Poland tomorrow" He double figured for Leszno the following day
  10. Victoria Piła - 45: 9. Kamil Pulczyński - 4+1 (0,1*,2,1) 10. Steen Jensen - 9+1 (3,2,1*,1,2) 11. Witalij Biełousow - 11+1 (2,2,2,3,2*) 12. Emil Pulczyński - 4+3 (1*,1*,1,0,1*) 13. Piotr Świst - 13 (3,1,3,3,3) 14. Kacper Grzegorczyk - 1 (1,0,d) 15. Arkadiusz Pawlak - 3 (2,1,0) No Claus Vissing for the home side!!! He was that far behind he didn't make Sportowefakty's 70 pictures....
  11. Pre last night I think we would have finished 3rd or 4th in the table and like Leicester in 2012 struggled in the playoffs... Edberg makes us stronger at home he may score the points that will keep us unbeaten at home, we don't have any weak riders anymore similar to Edinburgh. He's averaging the same as Palovaara in Sweden (maybe tells you something about Glasgow's scouting system).. I think Liam has made great strides this year. I'm sure he's gutted but he's a better rider for it.
  12. I believe the Crazy Golf will be back in full swing..... Watch our performances plummet
  13. Fans as in sheep you mean? His scores are no better than Bergstrom's in Sweden (on the plus side Viktor not Andreas) But blame the fans, not the promotion who surely did there research and well signed him anyway. Glasgow have a decent middle - bottom end for next year potentially they don't need another 5-6 point rider. They need some guys getting double figures up top. I think Palovaara is a awful signing but that's just my opinion.
  14. Wolbert hasn't had a good meeting at Berwick yet. Glasgow in the time I've followed Speedway have had the better Number Ones Watson, Parker, Stancl in his earlier days McGowan Bird, and Screen. The Swede is a dud.
