we have held some brilliant meetings in the past....who could forget the grand prix in 2000? i think martin dugard will always remember it anyway!!!!! even though i live in coventry i think i would stay at a hotel for the week otherwise it wouldnt be the same but there is the possibility of renting out my house .... any offers

never sat down at a speedway meeting yet!! (except cardiff and then only under duress) if it is at poole i will be one of the punters standing in line to get in early and hence wasting good drinking time. no offence to people who use the seats but its not for me....old habits die hard.

i think that the gp,s will not be the same without the andersens of this world after wc 2004 am not a fan of his however he is certainly one of the best 16 riders in the world yet another example of speedway putting a bullet in its own bottom of the leg thingy!!!!

I agree that poole provides excellent racing however if you are not in the stadium as soon as the gates open you can forget seeing any action, and as we have a six year old in tow forget it!!! My main concern is that they are holding the race off on the 20th july when the kids are still at school, our schools break up on the 21st july problems, problems, problems

well that makes sense doesnt it lets hold the world cup 3 weeks earlier when the kids are still at school i hope and i pray that common sense will prevail in speedway BUT I WON,T HOLD MY BREATH!!!!!

agreed unfortunately money makes the world go round would be better on a rota system,would be more exciting when it came around plus dates would be released earlier giving more of a chance to plan

it wouldnt be my wish to have it at swindon it was due to overhearing a conversation at arena between a couple of spanner jockeys my personal preference would be south coast again or p,boro

i still have a sneaky suspicion that it will be held in uk after the brilliant atmos last year and also the success of swindon this year watch this space
