  1. Wow,he was really peed off getting dropped then.No surprise there is no Cook.Makes Leicester stronger using RR for Cook.
  2. First preview out this morning had Breum riding, and saying nothing is broken just bruised. He was definitely named in the teams at the bottom of the preview. There must be someone watching the forum and changing things when they get caught
  3. I think most teams has done this over the years. This is why I don't like the idea that the last day for an average is something like 23rd of a month but it doesn't come into effect until the 1st of the next month. This gives teams a week to do this kind of thing.
  4. Leicester unchanged,King's Lynn have R/R for Klindt and Connor Mountain for Jorgensen,Breum is apparently fit. Another away day stuffing for the Stars imo.Why they haven't signed a replacement or two for our riders that are injured.Inexcuseable imo. They have had time, especially to get someone in for Jorgensen. With all teams riding we only had Belle Vue to pick a guest from but only 2 would fit for Klindt anyway. May visit Leicester next season if we have a competitive team, but I can't waste my money going to watch them get stuffed everywhere they go this season.
  5. You should go on Monday,at least it will be a certain victory for you.Looks like the Stars maybe 3 riders short now with a Breum injury. With only Belle Vue not riding only Brennan or Blodorn can guest for Klindt.Breum and Jorgensens averages are too low for them to guest for either of them,so could be a Championship rider or 2.Mountain and Boughen maybe. You want to put yourself in a Lynn's fans shoes, then you will be totally pissed.I am hearing though with Laguta going to Peterborough the management are making slight amends by bringing in Zmarzlik for Breum, which would still leave us well under the points limit.
  6. So King's Lynn are 2 riders down Klindt/Jorgensen and possibly Breum. And Peterborough sign Laguta for Wojdylo wtf.3 riders down but we will carry on using guests from the Championship etc, what an absolute farce.
  7. I was one,no doubt many didn't make comments who thought Lynn would lose.I would say 99.9% of people who follow speedway thought Lynn would lose. But you couldn't see the Belle Vue reserves being so awful, and Lynn's being so good on the night.
  8. I'm pretty sure if you need a guest for your rising star, you have to pick a rider from the rising star list but not one who is currently in a teams 1-7.
  9. No you are wrong,it is 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd. The highest placed teams get to choose whether they ride at home or away first.
  10. Maybe.Leicester can ill afford to lose this home match.I'm sure things will be kept in the family way.
  11. Had to be seen on TV,very poor from him not to be at Lynn.I just thought I didn't see him last night, but he does like to be seen by one and all, centre of attention thats why i assumed he wasnt there.Time Buster started with an entire clear out,and not just the riders.
  12. Maybe Tai too, isn't he in the Polish play offs on Sunday.
  13. We just need those 6 numbers Speedball to get him here for sure next season. He was pure class last night wasn't he,and an absolute joy to watch.Just need another 3 riders to join him.
  14. He also had a great race with Kurtz in ht13,and also lined Bewley up beautifully in ht 6 having to come from behind on about lap 2/3.I reckon his win in ht15 may have been the fastest this season 58.28,unsure but if he had gated instead of coming through traffic it may have been below 58 seconds. He certainly did make the fans go home happy tonight. As well as the 2 reserves having some excellent races, plus Jenkins made an all important pass on Blodorn. On a negative note was Allitt there tonight,I didn't see him.If he wasn't shame on him as he is down as joint promoter.
  15. What a last race, absolutely awesome from Lambert.Outgated by Kurtz and Bewley you just thought no chance.Stormed around Kurtz 3rd/4th bend lap2 and set after Bewley and cut back off bend 2 lap 3 I think.Belle Vue really should be embarrassed by that result against a woefully weak Lynn team.It was good to see Lambert do what he done tonight as some were saying he won't take risks, just the money.Well he proved those wrong tonight. Edit:Tonight also shows a track with a bit of grip in it can produce good racing.Times were very quick tonight.
  16. Peterborough certainly seemed to have pulled a good couple of 5 pointers, pretty much the same management team, what happened? Decent team above, still points to play with though ATM,depending on the end of season averages of course.Unsure on Klindt, may have reached his limit and coming back from a bad injury. Also is Breum good enough, unsure on seeing him ride ATM.
  17. Imo the club started a decline once a certain someone became involved. So tonight we have 4 reserves,a 2nd string or 3rd hl,and a number 1.What chance do you have against a team like Belle Vue. Sport imo is about being competitive,or in certain competitions the David v Goliath. But it shouldn't be the David v Goliath scenario every week.
  18. Same old rubbish.I know we are governed by what teams aren't riding. No disrespect to Jenkins but did Lynn think of trying to get B.Cook instead, surely would have been a better replacement for TJ.You just know Hoggard will say after the meeting they asked about Cook. I like the fact S.Lambert wants a win for the fans, but not about the win for Dale,Dave and Buster, because they don't seem to care whether or not if they get a win with some of the miserable sides they have put out. This season has ranked as one of the lowest in my 50+ years of attending.
  19. Order and planning,we are talking speedway here you know
  20. Imo he should be able to.He's done the qualifying matches why they don't give these riders there averages straight away baffles me.Why do they have to wait 7 days.
  21. Just looking at the regs it says,a Premiership assessed league rider will establish a MA after completing 3h,3a qualifying fixtures. So to me it seems it becomes effective straight away. Now for the NDL it says they will gain an average 7 days after their last qualifying match.
