  1. Where too, there is no one going to let us shorter people view from the front is there. In actual fact one lady pushed us out of a spot then shook the remnants out of her glass and onto my legs then duly went into the pits with her W.Cairns jacket on.
  2. We do,but when dust is thrown at your eyes constantly you need a couple of cucumber slices on them. That dust constantly was worse than what we had in the 80's.
  3. Whilst the track surface at Leicester isn't bad,the prep is.No thought for the fans last night at all, probably just for the home riders.Billows of dust from lap one to the last lap of heat 15.Could not see half the racing due to this.I think I used more water in the shower when I got home than what they put down on the track. That really did need a serious watering last night, but if that's what they want to suit the home team then so be it.
  4. If you throttle off there that will put you straight into the fence.
  5. Is NKI riding,I see a post on Facebook that his team in Sweden used RR for him.Don't know if this is true.
  6. You are right, there isn't anything in it at all.The difference that sets these tracks apart are that you will see many races like it at Belle Vue as opposed to an odd few at many other tracks. So the reason imo that Belle Vue is better is because you are seeing many more good races.
  7. Poor from Lynn last night not to have a KO Cup final programme.Lacks professionalism totally.
  8. I mentioned that Nagel before, looks a tidy rider.NKI has done ok this season though.Just get rid of Cook.
  9. No it wasn't,never is.I have a Belle Vue and Sheffield one at home to use for a later date now, although the King's Lynn no1 and no6 will be different when they both come in August.I actually can't believe they didn't do a programme especially for the KO Cup final.
  10. Yes,Iversen has kept to his average,as most others have. The only let down has been Cook.He managed to get his average down a fair bit so our choice of guests have been limited, then go missing for Lynn whilst he has his jolly in Poland for the last month or so.Cook should have been replaced, but as usual it's always too late at Lynn.
  11. You will be amazed what a euromillions win can get you😉 Great to have a good old catch up with Emmo(Fairweather)tonight. We had some fun times back in the day of the old Champs night club, not just with Emmo but all the riders back then.Nice to hear he has moved over from the dark side(Suffolk)and now lives in Norwich😂
  12. There's no sugar daddy at Lynn unfortunately. If I had won the Euromillions the other week he would have been here instead of Cook when he started taking the pi$$.That would have kept the tie alive for sure.
  13. You have a point there,it's like he stuck 2 fingers up to his own team by thinking he has more chance of a winners medal if he rode for the form team atm. Well this has Leicesters name on the Cup now.The difference was the guests tonight, and Leicester being alot tougher on the night.Kerr and Klindt had chances to be tough but fair on their opponents but chose not too.The other way around and they took know prisoners. Lynn carrying 3 passengers tonight which they could ill afford to do.Lawson,Kvech and Klindt done their jobs,Kerr,Harris and NKI certainly didn't.Harrison got 2 points which is probably more than expected. All the Leicester riders done their jobs bar Kemp imo.Must admit though I thought Fricke would go through the card tonight.Cant believe someone was worried about having Brennan as guest because of his score in the SEC.The British league is a much easier league to score in than anywhere else I think, and he normally rides Lynn well,as proved tonight.
  14. Why did you quote your own post instead of editing it🤔😛. Kerr for Cook, and Brennan for Becker is what has been said.
  15. You can only do like for like replacements.Or if you want to replace those two and bring in a higher average rider you have to abide by the 40pt team limit. As Sheffiled are .91 over you would only have 9.15 to use for those two.So a 6pt and a 3.15pt rider. Edit:If they done it in July they would have 9.91 for those 2
  16. We have notoriously been one of the lowest payers though, albeit riders would get paid all the time and on time.
  17. Too right, who should we have Lambert or Kerr.We are going to go Kerr because we won't push the boat out.He has had good crowds this season to warrant paying for Lambert imo.It would probably pay for itself anyway with the extra people that would come to watch solely because the prodical son had returned.
  18. Only the rising star has to apparently. As proven at the start of the season though it doesn't appear to be the case.
  19. I remember Leicester watering the track when rain was due about 1.5-2 hrs before a meeting.A shower come for about 5 minutes and the match got called off.Poor track management there at times.
  20. The rule for the play offs imo doesn't stop teams using different guests,it just stops the riders from guesting from different teams. So for instance Ipswich could use Kvech,Klindt and NKI for instance as long as they haven't ridden for anyone else.Unless I have read that wrong.
  21. "Guests for the semi-final(s) of the KO Cup can only be selected from teams that have been eliminated from that competion".Sheffield were eliminated,so I can't see a problem. Edit:I can't actually see anything stopping the 2 teams that make the play off final from using a rider from the other two teams knocked out in the semi finals if needed.
  22. I suppose the difference between the play-offs and the KO Cup,is that if any team needed a rider because one of their riders are injured in the KO Cup you have no PL teams to choose a rider from,in the play-offs you have 3 teams to choose from.
  23. Not hasty at all, this will be the 3rd day of rain with plenty of torrential downpours too.Looks like another excellent call by Buster🫣🤪
