I'm finding it hard how people think Ben won't be back based on that interview last night,unless I didn't see the whole interview that was on Facebook.

If Stars want anything from this they need a guest instead of R/R imo.It makes no sense in Boughen getting 4 rides at the moment with the kind of form he is in and with R/R he has to take 4.Z.Cook,Ellis could fill the void maybe.

It would take a fair few matches I would have thought to lower the averages enough to consider next season.Plus who will pay them points money for points they haven't got.I knew a rider who was quite clever in keeping his average slightly lower without losing points money.He would never throw races though.

There probably isn't a rising star that would make a difference to the scoring.But what I want to see is commitment from a rider and to never give up like Boughen has on numerous occasions,that's the difference.What I have seen of Harrison,Scott they don't give up no matter what the position they are in a race.That's what I want to see for my money,effort!!,not the opposite.

How many times have you seen Boughen this season?The guy needs to take a break from the sport or someone needs a serious word with.His backing off is so visible to everyone,also the giving up to me is also a massive downer to many fans,at least keep trying for 4 laps.Tonight he caused Pickering a big problem when he basically stopped in front of him.

Another meeting and more errors and throwing away points.Surprised ht 15 wasn't pulled back. How Boughen still has his place is beyond me.He backs off so visibly to everyone that's there.Let's put in a Young Star and give them some experience,because in my opinion Boughen won't get anywhere while he is in a mindset where he backs off so much when near anyone.

Surely the cheapest option would be to book someone like Riss,he would probably score a couple of points at the most as opposed to Klindt/Kvech maybe scoring 6/7/8 between them.

J.Thompson for Gilkes,R/R for Cook.

Similarly at Leicester a several years ago,when Lynn were there.There was a shower not long before the meeting which got it called off.Not because of the rain but because the track was over watered before the meeting even with the forecast of a heavy shower.

Needed Gilkes when he was available.What I have seen of Boughen so far is,he is quick if he is on a track with fresh air between him and other riders,will back off if anyone is within a yard or two of him.But what gets me the most is the amount of times he just gives up this must annoy most of the fans.

Cooper does look a talent,have watched him race for a few years.Eligible for a rising star berth next year.Hopefully he will become a star of the sport in years to come.Thought Jody Scott looked impressive too.

Wright had done too many rides for Oxford to use the IRR facility.

Personally I would have used Janowski in any race that he wasn't in.He could have replaced anyone as they were all pretty poor imo,especially Tungate.

I would hope he looks for a proper replacement come May 1st when we should have over 7pts to play with to replace Cook.I think it is around 7.3 left in May.But for the last April fixture I would use Brennan if available.

New averages don't come into force until the 1st of each month.So Brennan would be able to guest on Monday,but not a few days later.

You would like to think Lynn have booked Brennan early for this one.

We do have a bit more to play with average wise next month,that's if the averages were correct on the Lynn website.

Leaving a team of 6 pt men is what they are anyway.You won't all of a sudden think you deserve someone who rides as an 8 pointer.So it should be near enough like for like with a 6 pointer.With the likes of Doyle etc,if they are out you have a limited number that could fill his role,and not many of those top riders do many guest bookings nowadays.And who could fill his boots around Foxhall anyway.

I wouldn't make a double change for sure.You have a good point that we will have that little more to play with come May.It all depends on the length of time Cook is out for I suppose.
