  1. As ScottCampos said the track wasn't slick it was most definitely grippy apart from probably midway to the fence. That's why if you kept your bike under control from inside to nearly midway you were on the fastest line. Some of the bikes coming off the 2nd bend were really getting the grip.I think the grip in the track reflected in some of the times getting near the track record.
  2. I think i have these correct,although the tannoy isn't very clear coming off bend two. 58.5, 58.4, 58.2, 58.0, 57.9, 57.8, 57.6, 57.6, 58.6, 58.6, 58.7, 59.1, 58.6, 58.5, 58.7
  3. Where are all these Lynn fans that said how good it was, certainly not on here.
  4. Pretty much a gating match tonight, although there was some good races involving Basso,Harris and Lawson. The track rode very well although a rut did appear on bend 2.Several times were quite close to the track record. Nice to actually record an away win and the 4pts we got should make sure we don't finish bottom this season.Make the next step up next season and we may manage 4th and the play offs.
  5. I always try to find a live webcam close by.Been no rain since about 1pm 3 miles north of the EOES.There are some puddles but much has dried up quite well.As long as there is no further rain in the area i would expect it to be on.
  6. I see Toft pulled out last night, but Peterborough tweeted their line up this morning.Maybe that was before Toft got up this morning not feeling up for it.I thought Basso came through ok from Denmark last night scoring 8pts.Although he did get a zero in his last race.
  7. Panthers will be desperate to get this on.They are at their strongest than what they have been all season.According to the team release they have everyone bar R/R for Ostergaard which is an improvement
  8. Peterborough are expected to be back to full strength with the exception of Ostergaard. That's if Toft and Basso come through their respective meetings tonight with no reaction to their injuries.
  9. Speedway on Sky Go on the lap top,and Man Utd on the box for me.Don't want to be going to bed too late.Getting old
  10. You would have thought the weather forecast would have come a long way since 1987,but they still seem to get it wrong almost all the time
  11. Thought you was only allowed changes on two separate occasions.Obviously you are allowed an injury replacement which is why I expected Allen to be back soon now he is fit.
  12. Good call imo, weather is looking dodgy and I suppose calling off in plenty of time at least gives the fans at home another match to watch tonight. If they had called off today I'm sure Eurosport wouldn't have put the Wolves v Sheffield fixture on tonight.Having said that the weather for Monmore isn't appealing neither for today.
  13. When does J.Allen come back in for Sedgemen?
  14. For the first time I think I am going to choose to miss a home match.I may as well sit at home and watch both my sides get beat on the tv. A season that offered so much but has delivered so little. At least in the last few weeks they have tried to rectify the problems, but it's all to late imo. We do have a cup final to look forward too though I guess. No doubt that will be arranged when I am on holiday
  15. Straight in with the dibber me,no messing about.
  16. It's always a sneaky one on my behalf or i would never make it to the first bend.
  17. I'm always trying to make a deliberate entry, the missus don't like all the time though
  18. Like i said,it is obviously pick who you want as that particular rule has been broken twice already.
  19. Doyle is injured from the GP at the weekend or feeling second hand anyway. The same maybe for Pickering after his fall last week against Ipswich unsure.
  20. It's basically pick who you want, obviously Tungate can't be asked.Afterall Hawkins has said you use the previous months averages which isn't strictly true as Worrall and Nicholls wouldn't have been allowed in the July events. You now know it's pick who you want if they are available and willing.
  21. Apparently it is. Starke and King for Ipswich.Hawkins says they use the months averages a month prior to the event that is why they can use Starke as he was then 4th in their averages then. Lynn are allowed to use Klindt even though he wasn't in the averages last month. Sheffield are using Howarth even though he was 5th in Sheffields average last month.Although with releasing Cook and the injury to Ellis that only left Musielak. So in reality now,it's pick who you want and not 2 out of your top 4. Edit:Just having looked at the previous events in July Wolves used Worrall at Lynn,he was 5th in their averages the previous month and Peterborough used Nicholls at Wolves,he was 5th in their averages the previous month. So who is telling the truth, seems like the same old thing is happening here and it is do as you like and carry on.
  22. The excitement stopped you from going to bed then Well done Dan,the boy has took another large stride tonight.
