You can also unzip the whole Polish game to its own folder then copy and paste the files into the British game (or visa versa) the "img" files in the data folder can be altered in Photoshop but make a copy of the original firs incase it goes wrong. I've done Reading and turned one of the Polish tracks into a grass track.
