I'm biased but its one of the premier stadiums in the world and smack bang in the city centre with plenty of pubs to take your fancy . The problem with Wembley was always the location. My only grub is with the travesity of cueing for trains afterwards. Don't forget your ear plugs folks from them fog horns!

A few years ago they looked like a spent force but how things have changed. With Nicki , Bjarne and Hans spear heading their assult this year and with backup from Bjerre ,Charlie and Iversen I believe these guys have got a helluva chance to take this years cup. How can the Brits learn from these guys as I don't see many of our youngsters coming thru?

Yeah , every year there are usually long ques for trains. Longest que by far is the Newport que only . All trains stop at Newport and I usually try to get on a London train but they always want to see your tickets and then send you to the Newport que only. I'm sure there is a law infringing on your rights there .Have to admit its a pain in the a*se. They usually put on a special thou for people staying in Newport ,its just the time waiting around. Or you just go back to the pubs and catch the last train at 12.30am

Interesting observation but i see no obvious pattern Draw 2+8 as 2 gates out of blue Draw 4+11 AS 2 gates out of yellow Draw 13 as 2 gates out of red Draw 15 as 2 gates out of white I would expect to see draws 1,5 .9 +13 coming out on top by end of the GPS

Little susprised to see Rune Holta included. Thought they may include another swede and use Holta in the scandanavian GP.

Some of the comments about "boring" and lack of passing I find hard to believe . I taped the the GP and watched it back again and there were 17 heats where passes were made after the first bend out of the 23. Not bad me thinks. Also 7 out of last years top 8 qualified for the semi's . ..Lindaback being the only exception. Ominous for those trying to get into next years GP's ! My only hang up is the point systems which I posted further down this borad

Anybody else think the jump in points from the semi to final is too great compared with the other previous 5 heats ? Why not continue with 3,2 1 pts right through the programme ? So it would liook like this 1.Trick 21 pts 2. Crumpy 15 pts 3. Adams 13 pts 4.Hancock 11pts 5. Lindback 10pts 6.NPedersen 10 ptd

I can't see this keeping him out of the Gp , especially as he got back on his bike and won the race. Some Physio and he will be fine , probably just miss practice.

Yeah I know what your saying mate about everybody meeting everyone else but ideally you would like the inside gates in the 1st half of meeting and the outer gaters in the latter half. Obviously the opposition and their form running into the GP is significant also. For example look at Crumpy . He as the outter gates early on followed by the inner gates in the latter half . Don't be susprised if he struggles to qualify fot the top 8. Now i've put my head on the block
