  1. I'm sure it was in the Essex area.It was in the days when Essex was a long way away. Being a lorry driver nowadays i would jump at the chance.
  2. The man you need to speak to is Mike Hunter at Edinburgh who did me video recordings of some Boston meetings. 1981 sees Boston v Berwick 1983 Boston v edinburgh home and away. I intend to contact Mike during the close season as he intends to do me these on DVD.
  3. As a Boston regular....the seashells were mainly on the paths around the perimeter of the track and there were loads in the car park too. Steve Lomas was the track record holder when we closed at 60.0. Bruce Cribb was the all time holder at 56.0...but this was set on a four lap demonstration ride on his ice bike.
  4. I can remember trying to track down KM video a few years back and got in touch .They had quite a catalogue in storage but didn't really offer any help, but did offer to let me into their warehouse to search for tapes. If you get any luck then I wold love to know.
  5. QUOTE (Rob B @ Jul 19 2009, 02:49 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Both teams were daft today, Poland had couple of good chances to use joker earlier on when they went 6 points down twice, Crump should have known or been told no point beating kasprzak by 1 point as they could use joker. I was astounded that Jason Crump tried so hard and eventually passed the Pole.Maybe someone didn't do the sums at school.I couldn't believe it !!!
  6. I only know of the sopcast one...what are the others as I've only seen one swedish match.
  7. I think that Mr Lyon should have picked one of the two of Nicholls or Richardson. Me personally I would have gone for Richardson as he has been riding good of late. You only need a good score of 12-13 from Mr Zagar and his compatriots getting a couple apiece and it could be "nan-night"
  8. After seeing the post lady I immediately sank to my knees and started praying and it duly worked. A family ticket in my hand !!!
